I had placed a 2nd order with medpharmrx and it was approved, received an order # and then for a few weeks sat at "processing" while I listened to the chatter on the board about 90 day wait for pain meds, etc. I was reading people were not having the phone answered, no email returns, etc. Well, I wrote a very nice email to them and told them about my order and that there was a lot of chatter but would prefer to know from them what the situation was in order to remain a loyal customer. Within 2 days I get a very friendly phone call informing me that depending on the med there are certain waiting periods before refills and when that date comes I will receive an email letting me know it is being shipped Fed Ed overnight. It feels better hearing from the source instead of wondering if what people are saying with some info is so different. Just thought I'd share my experience with ya'll. Regards

From the "chatter" I've heard and read here, there is no doubt that Medpharmrx, its subs/sisters & Tropicalrx have switched to a 90 day wait policy for re-orders on narcotic pain meds last month. I didn't know there was any uncertainty and people trying to call and e-mail. It is cut and dry. Place a second order for hydro for example within the 90 day window and it sits there until 90 days is up to get filled. Meanwhile your card has a hold on funds for the first 30 days (see another post I replied to on this). When the wait is up, it ships and you are charged.
The problem is, what chronic pain sufferer takes 1 hydro pill a day? Not me.
The only 90 day wait period uncertainty "chatter" I know of is USpharmacyrx, where Dr. Lynch started writing Take 1 pill per day on 90 day hydro orders starting last week. He was the dr. that caused the 90 day wait on Medpharmrx and Tropicalrx, so there is alot of speculation that USpharmacyrx & their new pharmacy (C&V) may be forced to adopt a 90 day wait policy on re-orders because of him while they sign up new doctors.

sorry about your card but I called my card company and I don't seem to have a hold on mine. Maybe difference in companies even tho sisters. I can tell you hurt. I'm really sorry for you and wish I truely had an answer for you. As for whether I actually get an email and all is "dandy" in my 90 days is yet to be seen, isn't it?

A friend of mine recently received #90 Watson 10/500's from Clinical Solutions via a site called Urgentmeds.com. The script was written by the same Dr. Lynch and says to take ONE every SIX hours! What's interesting is that my buddy had used TropicalRX (Clinical Solutions & Dr. Lynch) in the past 40 days, obviously way short of the 90 day wait they currently enforce. It seems that Urgentmeds is indeed a sister site to Tropical, MedpharmRX and maybe as many as a dozen more. I guess that the good doctor has different rules for different sites & situations.
All I can say is that I too am thankful I have records so I can deal with a "real" OP. This 90 day "RX Roulette" is getting downright nutty!

I second that. 90 days wait--1 pill per day--INSANITY!!!

It would certainly be helpful if we knew which sites were outside of the tropical family of sites. Especially OPs not requiring records or with just a consult to adhere to the law.
