The 305 #s say "internet marketing group", but it's them. It give you options to hit 1 for CS or 2,3,4,5 for other people's extensions. You can get luckier dialing the 305 #s than the 888 #. Sandy is the CS manager I think he is option #3.
I got through to them the other day. If you have time to do nothing but redial, eventually someone will answer the phone. I've been trying to get a refund from them for over a week!! Aggrivating!!
