Yeah I spent 3 hours on the phone today...On My CELLPHONE! No answer and they said my credit card was denied and my meds were due yesterday. Needless to say I am very P'd off! did they go under or what? I have had nothing but hassles this OP and will notbe using them again.

I hope it wasn't aaamww!! I sent medical records FOR THE THIRD time yesterday trying to get my first refill
(past due). I haven't seen any change on my account or heard from them yet but it has only been about 24 hrs. Barry had said some time back to allow the dr 24-48 hrs to review records.
BTW..you didn't give a name of the OP that went down. Was aaameds name specifically given or just an OP?

I still have not gotten through yet! I Think someone needs to step up to the plate here and let us know the truth of what is going on? I have had no reply from Barry which is not normal either. I am so mad I woulkd have my meds right now if my cc hadn't expired!!!!!!!!!!!

A buddy of mine FINALLY got through and she asked what the problem was. They said there was not a problem, but her meds were shipping today. (2 days late-consult was on Wednesday)No apology or explanation was given.
Hey Barry, what gives? Why not at least tell your patients that there is a problem and tell them why they are not getting their meds!

she said about 15 minutes today. Yesterday she was on hold for an hour and finally gave up. Last night she called and tried to leave a voicemail message and the mailbox was full

I FINALLY GOT THROUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it only took 25 min. this time, The bad news is their cc machine is down and may be up in time to process my new info, but may not be. I have to call back at 3:00 their time to find out if it was processed.
btw: the woman said their phones were down all day yesterday, and just came back up at 10:30 this morning.

I'm very sorry about all the problems everyone has been experiancing with our telephone system yesterday and early today. I was offline most of yesterday because of the telephone system error (Verizon provides our DSL as well) and so was trying to get that all hammered out and haven't gotten the chance to reply to things until this afternoon.

I too received a pm from Barry in response to a question about my order. I have always had great service with Meds123, but some of the posts here were making me a bit nervous. I think it is quite admirable that Barry takes the time to visit the boards and answer people's questions, particularly as we all (myself most certainly included) have a tendency towards panic. I can't imagine how many frantic PM's Barry gets regarding orders, but I am impressed by both his availability and his prompt response.

here's some weirdness--My order at aaamedsww went from "In Shipping" to "Queued to be printed" to "Queued at the Pharmacy" then back to "in Shipping" like it was at the beginning of the day. Guess their problems persist...
