Okay here is my update. Ordered and approved on Friday, Sept.19. Tracking number they gave me on 9/23 did not work till late last night 9/29. Order got here today finally at 10:37, Sept.30
Good luck to everyone else waiting on and order, I would not give up just yet since I waited all last week for just a working tracking number and to my surprise finally mine worked last night.
Shipped from TDI Pharmacy in Pittsburg, PA.
By the way it has ship by 24Sept03 on the label..Priority Overnight. Wish it had been shipped by that date. Not sure what the hold up is, could be the Pharmacy or could be Fedex since the label has the date on it.
So anyway......Good luck again Everyone, I hope all who has ordered from them get there orders very soon.

No the blame for this one rest with the op. Not fedex or TDI. The ops send the shipping papers and the script. When both are received. The scripts are filled and then shipped. They are not in the fedex system untill scanned. wcs

There is a new recording on the toll-free line which states that all orders prior to 9/25 were shipped 9/29 and we can expect them to be delivered within the next 48 hours. They are processing orders after 9/25, to be shipped within the next 48 hours. Hmmm.......should we start a DB pool to see who can come closest to when they will actually show up on our doorsteps??

Anyone ever have them charge your card without giving you an order number. I entered the wrong card number the first time and then got the right one on the 2nd try but it then told me to wait 2 minutes before trying to complete the transaction again. Well it kept on declining it so I called my card co ( it was a visa giftcard) and they said that USPharmacyRx took the money from the card. Well I checked under the order status and it has nothing for me and no email or confirmation number. I only had enough money for the purchase on the card so now I have to wait till Monday to get this fixed. Anyone ever have this happen? Any advice? I'm just frustrated because I wanted the order to get processed first thing on Monday morning and now I am going to have to call and actually get some one on the phone at USPharmacy and have them fax something to the card company before the credit will be added back to the card. Do USP take orders over the phone? If so, do you think they could take my order over the phone and just keep the money they took? Take care all.

Do you think you could tell me if this order is really going to ship or not??? If not, I need to make other arrangements. I think it's pretty bad that new customers are getting their order the next day, and a customer who's money you've had for almost 2 months, and has been MORE than patient has to wait and wait.....this needs to be taken care of imediately.

Not to rub anyones nose in it, but everytime I've ordered from them, I get a phone message that says "The Dr. has approved your order" on the next day, and the tracking # works right away.
Just out of coincidence, my last 2 orders were on a Thursday night, got the phone call on Friday, checked my tracking # and the meds were at the FedEx hub already, awaiting shipment for early next week. I got my last order on Monday. The pending order says that it's not due for delivery until Wednesday, so we'll see. It's here in town, though, so I imagine I'll get it Monday. Their prices on Norco are the best no-records-required site that I've found.

Have you tried calling on their 305 number? It's the only way to get the problem resolved as far as I know. Every time I've called I've been able to speak with someone. PM me if you need the number.

Got my order today. It was waiting for me on my front step. I just left them a note and signed it. Tropical is the only one so far that won't let me receive a package this way.
Maybe the way you fill-out your medical questionare is the difference between getting good service and suffering through a bunch of horse***t. I'm just guessing here, but I just don't understand why so many of you are having these problems.
Is there anyone else on the board that has had good luck lately with USPrx? I've read a few posts that indicate good service in the past few weeks, but did anyone else order last Thursday(10/9/03)? If so, what were the results?
I'm just trying to put together a pattern here, if one exists, that would involve ordering on a certain day to avoid all the hold-ups. Do you think maybe it could be that an employee or two that only work on certain days of the week are entering information in their computer system improperly, or perhaps just NOT entering it in at all, leaving a mess for the next person to fix? There's got to be a reason that my last 2 orders(one for me, one for the fiance') went through without a hitch.
The only advice I can offer is go ahead and order for another person at your household, using the same address, credit card #, and Email, but do it this Thursday instead of any other day. You won't get it until Monday using the free shipping, but since the Norco are on sale right now, you might as well get them while the price is low. Of course, when I say to order for another person at your address, make sure this person has a legitimate need for hydrocodone, has no allergies to it, and also has no predisposition for abusing meds. They should also have had it prescribed to them in the past, and had a complete physical within the last year. You know, all the basic stuff.

yeah that's the reason I tried them again, because of all the positive feedback lately. last month I ordered on Monday around 2:00 and had my package at 11 AM Tuesday. Then all the bad stuff started happening. I hope this order goes as smoothly as the last. Even though, already went a day without approval. (Probably because of the oddball medication I ordered)
I called and left a message on the 888 number about my screw up; do you think anyone will call me back?

My boyfriend ordered last Thursday the 9th. He ordered the three day free shipping and still received it the next day on Friday morning the 10th!!
I would say that was great service.

I ordered for the first time from USPharmacyRx on friday 10/10,about 10am and was doctor approved within an hour, the meds norco 10/325 (90) were shipped that day,fedex doesn't run on the weekends but got the meds at 1030 monday morning 10/13 and all accounted for! the shipping was free! Real good first time service, will have to see when the refill is due on how they react.

I am really impressed!
Now the two of you who just posted about receieving within the last few days...How many can you take each day? Some people are saying one a day which would be a 90 day supply which in my opinion is just insane! Doesn't seem like the CPS would really be in better shape using USPHAR although I see why people use them.
I had a nightmarish time with them in Sept so I am curious to see how they are doing now. All of these changes are driving me batty!
