My cousin used them b/c I had a great exoerience with them. His consult was first thing saturday morning and was rerouted to the external pharmacy who did not have the medication and returned the prescription. There has been no activity since then, my cousin has called at least 4 times today and spent about 2 hours on hold in total. Each time the person told him to call back later cause there was nothing that they could do. How frustrating is that? I feel bad b/c now he's going through all this Best if kept off the board and I am the one who recomended AAAmedsworldwide. I and my cousin ( through my account) have PMed barry but since saturday their has been no response. Anyone have any advice I could tell my cousin? It would be appreciated. Take care.
I'd say hold on and give it another day. It's unfortunate, but I have faith that it'll all get worked out. Barry has been known for his exceptional assistance and customer service- cross your fingers and hope for the best? Good luck

I don't think I have ever read bad things about situations once barry gets involved.
I know it sucks bigtime that your cousin had to wait this long, huh??? OMG, I would be freaking myself!
Yeah, I agree once barry steps in, your cousin will be good to go. I bet she will have meds by tomorrow, that is how fast he will fix this. By all means, he won't mess around with it.

Just wanted to say everything got fixed and my cousin said the meds have been picked up already. A few complaints he had about how he was treated by CS reps, but overall he did not have too bad of an experience and said he would use them again. Thanks for the help and Thanks Barry for helping my cousin.
