Piper,
what in the world are they telling you my friend? Are you calling and causing a major uproar everyday, several times a day...Hope so!
Get that Sandy on the phone and let him have it bigtime. Have you talked to Suzie, not that she is some superstar over there that has never lied but i truely beleive she did greatly help me in the end.
I am leaving for the weekend very soon and won't retrun until Monday but I will try to check in on my laptop to see if you are gaining any progress.
This is awful!

Well I am yet another extremely unsatisfied customer. I placed my order on friday the 19th, was approved, and the status changed to "shipped" on monday the 22nd. The tracking number STILL does not work. I have called numerous times and can NEVER get through. I have e-mailed them everyday and they have NEVER responded to any of them. What should I do at this point? Should I just ask for a refund?

If you can afford it, use another OP and then you have a couple of options, refuse the USPHARMRX shipment, providing you have recieved a replacement from another OP, or keep it. and you will be stocked up for a while, at least.
I mean, it isn't double dipping if you have no idea if you will ever recieve your package! You can do a chargeback if you do refuse the package. Remember, don't accept it, send it back unopened or they could try and make you pay for it.
Good Luck,
MrB

Mr.B I really dont think anyone is going to refuse something they have been waiting 2 weeks for.All any of us want is what we ordered.

I think Mr.B stated that you could refuse it if you had already gotten replacement meds from somwhere else. HE was just giving options...

Further update to my post yesterday. I had called my CC company to request chargeback and they contacted USPharm to find out what the problem was. The lady was given the "changing warehouse" excuse and was told that by 8:00pm last night (the 25th) my tracking # as well as others that had been delayed would be working. Needless to say that was another lie. I just called MC and let them know the tracking # is still invalid and made sure they are proceeding with the chargeback. I don't know about you guys but this is absolutely the worst experience I've had with an OP. Sending out invalid tracking #'s while pocketing our money is fraud in my business experience. Taking advantage of people who are in pain is pretty low. These morons need to be shut down at the very least.

Ordered refill on 9/22. Tracking finally worked late that night, and got the meds on Wed, 9/24. Used free shipping and got the lower refill price. I like them.
Just hopes TDI uses Able 10/325. Looking to switch down the road.
Haven't been messed up by them, yet.

I ordered 9/15 and received 9/24. I'm still keeping them in mind and will be reading the posts to see if they get this mess straightened out. They still owe me a promised credit of $25.00. I'm not holding my breath on that, but that could be one of the deciding factors. At least they aren't the only ones out there, and they started out so well. Maybe they can boost their reputation back up again. I hope so.

Hello Everyone! Well I ordered on 9/22/03 and was given a tracking number and it still does not work. I have spoke with Suzy and Melba but (as I posted earlier) and let everyone know what she told me. Well I did fax Susy and told her to refund my money as of yet no credit on my bank account. I did believe and thought they were sincere about everything when I spoke with them. No meds no refund no working tracking number!! I know that they are in a mess right now but Best if kept off the board it man do something about this mess they are in! I know there are alot of you that ordered way before I did and still have not received anyting..I am sorry for everyones frustration and BS we are going through. I hope everyone gets either their meds or their refund SOON!!! If anyone receives meds or refund please post it and let us know. Good Luck everyone!

Hi...I don't know if I can help anyone who is waiting for an order, but something happened there after the 17th - I ordered a refill (which they call re-order) in the nick of time, on the 17th, and it shipped on the 19th (still not 24 hours). But after that, as you know, it was DSL problems, changing pharmacy problems, who knows. I really feel that a site selling something as important as meds, that people NEED, should not advertise that they deliver in 24 hours, or even in 24 hours after doctors approval, when they do not. Or if they come into big problems like this, they should put a hold on taking new orders, rather than happily taking them like nothing is wrong and charging our credit cards, only to not have enough people-power to answer their phones, let alone get the orders out. My first post, and my 2 cents-worth!! Pinkie

well here is another twist, my sister placed an order (reorder( with them on Tuesday the 23 (against my advise) she FED_EXed them a MO via priority they received Wednesday. She called on Thursday because it still stated pending funds? She spoke to ray, he said he would change it for Saturday delivery (He Did) Well low and behold, she gets a call on her answering machine Friday from Susie, that they never received the fed-ex and to track & call them back (she was trying to call consistantly all day) and couldn't get through, and you guessed it the fedex package was signed for on 9/25!!!!! Can't leave a vouice mail, their all full, the email bouncese back UNLESS YOU USE THE EMAIL "CONTACT US" FORM ON THEIR SITE..THAT WILL WORK So who knows if she will ever get her package!

Susie promised me a credit of $25.00 and was supposed to call to make sure I received my order and then take care of the credit, get the cc info, etc. Well, she never called. So I filled out the contact sheet (the "email" format) on the site and said in the comments to forward it to Susie and then I printed that form and faxed it to their fax number. This was after hours on Friday, so we will see what happens Monday. You might try that, fill out the form and then fax it also. I didn't know what else to do. My luck ran out on getting them on the phone. After redialing a million times, eventually I seemed to be able to get through, but not anymore. I'm not even sure they are answering it these past couple of days. Good luck!

Can anyone tell me what number they are using to actually speak to someone I want to tell them about how the pharmacy gave me 60 hydro instead of the 90 I payed for. I have been trying to contact them for days but I can't get in touch with anyone! This is crazy! We already pay enough it's like highway robbery then to be shorted 30 pills! They either need to send me my other pills or give me the difference in price!!

Did you try calling the pharmacy about the shortage of pills? They sent me 90 5/500 hydros instead of the 7.5/300(like this will last me!)
I called and left a message on the pharmacy voicemail, with no call back as of yet. Let us know whats going on.
Good luck.

TDI also has a website www.tdipharmacy.com and phone numbers are 877.624.5834 and 412.928.0788. Guess that's worth a try, especially about a shortage. That's a major deal and should rest on their shoulders, IMO.

Hi all I have been trying to call the 412 number that is on the bottle since 9/25 one time I actually spoke to Russ about it and he said that they were to busy to deal with it at that time. I guess with all the backed up orders going on and to call back the next day. I was hesitant to let it go at that time, but he said he was living the information with the Pharmacist to check in to and that it would take him until then to figure it out. So I said Ok. I have been calling ever since but no answer. I keep leaving so many messages but they will not return the call! I am so annoyed, I think I am at the end of my rope with this. I will keep trying to call today as much as possible and will email them then I will just never use them again!

If it's TDI were talking about and tracking....sign up on the site and check status......they never send confirmations.

Piper, I'm glad you finally got your meds. I ordered on 9/13/03, was approved on 9/15/03, and received a tracking number that evening. I have been consistently calling (they don't answer and voicemail is always full) and emailing, as I have not yet received order and I am out of meds. Someone finally called me this morning, said they "would check with Suzy," and call me back later. For anyone still waiting for meds, the number that showed up on Caller ID when they called was: 305-412-4174. I have been off work for 4 days due to lower back pain. I feel for everyone who is still waiting! I can't believe they are still taking orders when they have customers who have been waiting for two weeks
