clickdrugstore disappointment
      #104956 - 10/03/03 01:57 PM

After all of the pleasant conversations with Orawan, promising to visit each other and all that, he stops responding as soon as there is a problem. I received from him about four times and after the last package was lost he won't even reply to a simple request (actually not even a request, but asking for a favor) to do a reclamation. Will I order again? I think not.
DO NOT BUY FROM CLICKDRUGSTORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with Click...
I have always received great service from this company. I realize that their prices are not the best out there, however, they have always provided me fresh, quality medications in the blister packs and that is why I will continue to place orders with them in the future.
Cheers

I, too had a bit of a prob w/click.... but, here's what happened. I got a card saying pkg was at P.O., but when I went to P.O. they didn't have it, and couldnt find it, told me to come back tomm... I did, still couldn't find it, tried again next day, till I got angry and asked to speak to a supervisor. Asked her to explain how I could get a card saying they had pkg, and now its not here??? She got on the phone, and found out that it was at another P.O. about 2 towns away me. Reason being: it was sent "registered"... Which should be a good thing and all, but made them hold it more closely... I did eventually find it, after driving 10 miles to the other P.O. to pick it up - and it was all fine... Did have to sign, but thats only cuz it was registered .... Just something to keep in mind.. Ordered 9/20, got card 10/3, finally got pkg on 10/9 all good..... Luv

Sounds like your problem was with your post office not with click.

Packaging on my order was "casual", is how I would describe it. But as they say what counts is that it got here, all accounted for and nothing damaged in transit. Less than 2 weeks from this geographic location is pretty good in my book.
