I can't login to the VIP area - SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!

I have an account for the VIP area but I am not able to login. The problem is I don't remeber the e-mail I used to when signing up for it. Also, the account I used to pay for my VIP membership is no longer working. When your VIP membership is up, does it automaticlly renew the account from the info they have on file?? I need to get back on as I had many PM with info I can not loose. I have tried e-mailing all the e-mail addresses I couls find for DB.com and I keep getting the same generic e-mail auto response.

Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
