Ordered late the night 10/7 around 11PM
Received email mid morning that ordered was approved (no phone call) 10/8
Received package 10/9 late afternoon. Driver said she was "getting a jump" on the next day deliveries. (selected 2 day delivery)
Received the tracking number on the 8th. Early afternoon. Checked after 8PM on shipping company site, number was there, and was able to track it to "on truck for delivery". For my experience it was great, couldn't ask for anything more. Their emails were friendly and timely. There was a thank you note after delivery. So I will definitely use them again.
After the first email that said they had received the order in just a few hours received email that order was approved.
Early afternoon received tracking info. Hope I answered some of your questions. I know that some orders may go differently but mine was excellent.
It can take up to a day lately to get from the thank you e-mail to the "one of our fine doctors has approved your order" email. This moves your order on their site from "Under Review" to "Pending Shipment".
A few hours after this you usually get the tracking number, which kicks in in the evening if things are going smoothly.
Their site says something about shipping the next day by placing the order before 3pm or 4pm eastern, but it is old and depends on the day still. Best to place it first thing in the morning if you need it fast. If you don't get the "one of our fine doctors has approved your order" email by 1 or 2pm that day, get on the horn or you will be waiting until he reviews them the next morning and you will lose a day.
Hot off the presses from Miami, FLA: They are actively signing up new doctors to "help" dr. Lynch, so hopefully things will keep improving incrementally.

Sat 9/27 - placed order late at nite.
Mon 9/30 - received the "Thank You...being reviewed" e-mail, & (i think) same afternoon got the confirmation.
Thu 10/2 - meds in hand no problem!
