I have only ordered my online meds from erxonline.com and have never had any major problems, but now I notice that they ask for proof of a physical exam in the last 6 months along with photo ID, and they state that if you don't send these documents, your order will be cancelled and you'll be charged a $40 cancellation fee. All I want to know is: has anyone ordered from erxonline recently and not sent these documents and still received their meds? If I do decide to get an exam, I don't need medical records showing my condition, I just need proof of the physical exam, right?
I got the same email from erx about needing to fax my ID and med records. As well as the med exam. I tried to fax the papers and my fax kept comming back saying "their" fax was not answering. Well, two days after that I got my meds.
So, no you dont need any of the above
Yes I have had similar things happen to me from ERXONLINE. My first order said that I needed to send proof of exam. So I proceeded to send them an E-mail with no response to cancel order telling them That I had no Medical records. But I did fax them a copy of My Drivers licence. I thought for sure I was S.O.L. with my consult charge. But low and behold The meds arrived.
My next experience was simalar where as I placed a refill order for some 10/650's. Then the next day I logged on and tried to check my order status. It would not let me log on stating that they no longer service California. A couple of weeks went by and I had given up on erxonline, but for the hell of it i decided to check their web site again and they now do service California again and my prior re-order was in progerss and it then arrived the next day. Things happen in the strangest way at this web site.
