Read his instructions carefully. He's a stickler for the details.
Good luck.

Pharma24.cc has them too.. 60MG X 30 tabs or X 60 tabs.. This stuff makes you feel strange. Not pleasant side effects at all.

Has anyone received products from Biotran latly? I have had very good luck with them. Usually about 2 weeks. This past order is now about one month since order, and still no product. Have others useing biotran had similar delays?

Hey!!
He sent me all three products, (Biotran) at the same time. Different envelopes. He replaced one that had been opened free, then sent my entire 3 product order again, free.
At the same time I ordered from Arishv. I thought Biotrans DHC was better than Arish's
DHC gives me all kinds of strange feelings. Just like Morophine does.

http://www.pharma24.cc and http://www.pharmagroup.com both carry 60mg versions of it. Currently pharma24.cc charges $45 for 60 tabs and pharmagroup charges $32 for 30 tabs.

Contugesic is a codiene based drug stronger than codiene hydrochloride, but weaker than hyrdo/oxy-codone. I have posted questions regarding this drug and have recieved no response. However, some of the info on this thread has been helpful. I am curious what sort of "weird" feelings you have experienced? I would like to know because I was considering ordering this product due to the lack of funds needed to get some equivilent meds from the US OPs.

Contugesic 60 is a time-release version of Dihydrocodeine. DHC is roughly 2x the analgesic strength of codeine. IMO 120 mg of DHC chewed or crushed to eliminate time-release is roughly equivalent to 10mg of hydrocodone in analgesic effect. Contugesic is available from several european IOP's as it appears to be a common "OTC" pain reliever in civilized countries. Since DHC is converted to morphine by the liver, it has the side-benefit of being self-limiting. If you take more than your liver can convert, it is wasted and build up of tolerance/addiction is limited. In short, good stuff, which explains why it is not available in the US in any form except personally imported.

There does seem to be a "deficit" of dhc in the form of Contugesic lately. I find that the blister paks from P24 are better than what Arish sends, unless you use up the supply right away. I do not think that Contuguesic is indicated in Europe as a pain reliever but more of a cold/cough medication. In the US it was prescribed for pain many years ago.

All true, but which IOPs provide this substance that I could obtain as a relief for pain. I'm trying to find an alternative to spending so much $$$ at us OPs. HELP!!!
Thanks!

...and there are a few other sources mentioned by members here.
http://codeine.50g.com/home.html - for complete information on all codeine products, best site on this subject I've found so far...
DHC is potent pain medicine, much stronger than codeine phosphate or sulfate. Withdrawal is relatively easy compared to oxycodone or hydrocodone. Main bad side effect is BM lockup, so you might want to increase fiber and fruit in your diet, plus drinks loads of water. Other common side effect is sporadic itching. Other than that, it's highly effective and manageable. It can be potentiated by the use of Valium, or other benzo's. Do NOT mix it with alcohol! Some report an uncomfortable "speedy" effect which interferes with sleep. I've occasionally experienced that effect, but I believe it is caused by highly sugared food (in my case). DB members' comments that it makes them feel "weird" should be taken in the framework that any drug can have varying effects on different users. Other drugs you take, general health, your diet, possible allergic reactions, biorythm cycle, etc., can produce undesirable effects of any drug, including dihydrocodeine.
Currently, DHC has been temporarily exhausted, but could be re-stocked at any time. I'm being told by the end of the month by one source. You might want to try codeine phosphate instead until the other comes in. Since Contugesic DHC (from Spain)is a time release product, you can crush it for a fast, all-at-once effect. I would go easy on it to start with. Reduce the dose (if crushed)to one-half or less. You can mix it with food or drink, or use empty gel caps (obtained at most health food stores). I'm not a health professional, so these remarks are only from personal experience. Prices are at the sites mentioned. Good luck!
