i posted earlier that i am getting certified or registered mail from Ca. Med Board, and one from Consumer Affairs, i did not pick them up. Today i got a call from a man on my recorder saying he was a investigator for the Ca. Med Board investigating a doctor. I believe this was a doctor i used years ago, but not sure. HELP!! how long should i try to dodge these people, or should i just talk to them?
any help or suggestions greatly appreciated
If it were me, I'd call them. You'll never know what it's about if you don't. If they ask you any questions you don't feel comfortable answering, don't. I think it's as simple as that Good luck! And do let us know how you proceed as well as the outcome!

They did that to my boss (a doctor) once and I just said, oh, that is a long time ago and I don't remember anything. (That is if you don't want to get the doc in trouble)
