I did e-mail him, but got no reply. But then, 2 weeks is not an unreasonable amount of time to wait. In May when I had an order not arrive, I e-mailed him after a month at which point he re-shipped.
I suspect that this order was sent out a few days after when he said it was, but no big deal.

He does fudge the dates up, or at least he used to with me quite often... he never did in the begging, but after a couple of months it was a few days on some, then a week on another!

All's well that ends well. I received the order just now. He did indeed ship it when he said. Overall 20 very long days, but I can finally breathe a sigh of relief! I kept the faith and it paid off.
