I placed my first order with MedPharmrx the beginning of Sept for a quality of 60. I waited 30 days and redid the whole thing again and then was told that my order was in "processing" and that when it is time to refill they will charge my card and send order. Well, according to lots of reading on the board it is looking like 90 days so that means the beginning of December? And they have the CC and in processing? They have't charged the card and are not answering any emails or phone calls. I'm about ready to sit on it and see what happens in Dec! Any comments?

You have to call them and they will void the order. If you don't (and you purchased from them or Tropical or one of the 15 sister sites) they will "hold" the money for 90 days since your last purchase from one of them. You just have to keep calling and it sucks
This happened to me too so watch out. Apparently the 15 or so sister sites of Medpharmrx are linked and I ordered from firstmedsrx a while ago (before they shut down) and medpharmrx knew it, took my order and put my order on "hold" for the 90 day wait.
I called and cancelled the order. 866-385-5090.
From what I know about the credit card industry, the hold (or authorization) will still be on your card for up to 30 days (a week for some banks). If no charge comes through, the hold drops off automatically and your available purchase line goes back up.
The authorization (or hold on funds) will drop off within 30 days whether you cancel the order by phone or keep it open and wait for the 90 days. The difference is that the card will be charged when the 90 days is up if you don't cancel (with no authorization on the card - since it dropped off within 30 days, which could be an unexpected charge if you forget about it coming). If you cancel, the authorization drops off in 30 days and nothing will get charged after 90 days.
For example, I cancelled my order early last week and my card still has a hold for the authorization. It will drop off in 2-3 more weeks and my available line will increase at that time. I don't really care since my line is higher than I need and I have other cards I use, but it could really make some folks mad if they needed all of their line before the hold on funds drops off.
