Hello to all. I received a tracking # from uspharm this afternoon and was wondering if anyone new what time fedex picks up for them? I'm hoping against all hope that this one works. I had to cancel my refill and submit a new order this morning. I feel confident that this one is real because I actually placed my order on the phone with Susy, one of their reps. Any info would be greatly appreciated, and godspeed to everyone else who is waiting on them.

Good question Cindy. When they used TDI they scanned around 5pm. I guess they switched to this FL pharmacy yesterday so I have no idea when the tracking #s will work. I am waiting for mine to work too. I got it today also.

7pm. i got a tracking number from uspharmacyrx today too, i just checked it & it says it was picked up at 7pm.

OMG!!!!!As If I wasn't alreay suffering enough praying that the tracking # would work, I get another tracking # from them about 5 minutes ago, I go to the web site and hit track... the dreaded 4040airbill not found. YIKES.. after reviving myself, I go back to the first tracking # they sent at 11:15, log onto fedex....Hold my breath.....It worked!!!!! Delivery by 10:30 tomorrow. If nothing else exciting ever happens to me again...that would be o.k. with me. I actually logged on 3 more times to fedex to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Happy day!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope everyone else waiting gets some good news soon

Cindy, I did the same as you, had to cancel and reorder, spent most of the day on the phone with Michelle, who was very kind and helpful. I got a tracking number this afternoon as well and it does show picked up and to be delivered tomorrow!
I almost feel like i've won the lottery!

Woo Hoo. My tracking number works too. It started working around 7pm eastern and shows pickup at 5:30pm.
Mine shows original pickup scan in Miami, which is their "new new" pharmacy. If it shows Pittsburgh, it's TDI, which they only use on a limited basis now from what I learned today.
They told me they played catch up all day yesterday and nothing was sent. Let's hope this switch over lasts for a while.
Oh yeah, my order was placed yesterday morning 10/6, so I got 48 hour turnaround instead of 24 hour.

Mine was picked up at 5:24 in Miami. What pharmacy is that? And why aren't they using TDI exclusively?

I placed my order around 10am yesterday. I chose the free 3-day shipping on accident though, even though i am all out of meds at the moment. my tracking shows that it is sitting an hour away from me already, though. so i am sure it will arrive at least a day early. fedex is very good at delivering earlier than they are supposed to.

Told they are using "C&B" pharmacy in FL. starting yesterday because TDI couldn't handle their volume. Haven't seen my package to get more details yet. I too chose the cheap 3 day option and it is 1/2 hour away and will get delivered tomorrow likely.

Good morning.
Yesterday, I noticed my elderly neighbor trying to move some items into her place with difficulty. Seeing this, I hurried out to help her finish her task. While doing this, she started speaking about her ailments and how her doctor prescribed her ultram/clonazepam. She complained how the constant pain was unbearable and that the ultram just did not suffice. Well, I sympathized for her and told her that I am in a similar situation. Nevertheless, we talked about how we can be mistreated/undermedicated, etc. Now, I've followed the USPharmacy thread for awhile and after reading about the recent changes/positive outlook, I suggested that maybe she should give them a try. Ultimately, she agreed with me that especially at her age...'pain is inevitable but suffering is optional'. So, I accompanied her on the computer and assisted her along with the process:
ordered at approx. 12:00 p.m. (10/07)
received at approx. 10:30 a.m. (10/08)

I knew that she was taking a chance and I explained to her of the recent ongoings with this particular OP. However, she assured me that she was willing to take that chance and test their new turnarounds. Besides, she said "there wasn't much for her to lose at this point of her life
anyway". She was suffering and it wasn't as if her doctor was compassionate enough to aid her any to enjoy her remaining years by prescribing her anything stronger than the ultram (she said she used to get Percocets at one time).
In conclusion, I just had a cup of coffee with her from an invitation after she had received her medication. She seemed to be more relaxed and relieved than before. She kept thanking me again and again...thus, I guess the meds (10/325 Watson 853) were effective. I don't think I did anything illegal by mentioning to her about the online pharmacies. Regardless, it was as if it was the least of her concerns and all I did was...point her in the right direction. Anyhow, I know she is having a more comfortable day and also, it seems like USPharmacy may have turned things around for the better. I guess only time will truly tell.

My original order from 10/4 was finaly recieved this morning, after a lot of worrying and calling them, from USPharm this morning, 9 am, Watson 853, from C&V Pharmacy in Miami. UsPharm even called earlier this morning to let me know the package was on the truck ready for delivery! I do believe they were caught in a mess and are sincerely trying to straighten everything out.

I placed my order late 10-7 with uspharm. I had a tracking number by 12:00pm EST 10-8 ,this morning, and now it doesn't work at fedex at 12:00pm. I keep getting the "airbill not found". I can't believe they had it since 12pm and didn't get it shipped this evening. They are supposed to be a 500+ script per day pharmacy? Well, they sure weren't today. I shouldn't have used uspharm again.

arrrghh. ok, never mind about fedex being early. updated again this morning, "package not due for delivery", so it's just sitting there since 8:30 am yesterday, i guess they are going to wait the full 3 days this time.
but i do agree that USPharm is trying to make up for their problems last month. i am very phone-shy, but i got a call yesterday from them, the day after my order had been shipped- just to confirm my order was approved & had been shipped, even though i received emails stating the same information. i thought it was nice of them to call, even though they had no reason to.

Maybe you can call the FedEx hub and pick it up? If it's already there, they are usually pretty cool about people coming to get their packages, if you steal a few minutes away today to go pick it up??

Ok, after sending e-mails and calling I recieved a new tracking number in my e-mail a few minutes ago. I assume this means my order will actually go out tonight. We shall see by 8pm EST. Also, I speciffically told them that I did not want my order filled by TDI, so I hope it is coming from C&V or whatever their new pharmacy is.

Has anyone that has placed an order either today or yesterday had their tracking number from uspharmacyrx updated from "airbill not found" to "picked up" this evening yet?
update: My tracking number now works. Maybe Uspharm is on the rebound.
another update: Recieved my meds this morning. Slow, but they came through.

Wow Mighty Mouse, what a great story! I am so glad you helped that poor woman. You would probably consider me elderly and not too long ago I didn't know about OPs either. I was so tired of doctors who behave like robots! You did your good did for the YEAR, IMO.. I dont know about this OP but if something happens and it folds, I hope you help her find another one
