United Pharmacy

I have a refill from United coming and I'm confused as to when they will fill it. I have read day 23 and I've read day 25. Does anyone who is currently using this pharmacy have accurate information.

If it is the same united that I used to use, it is 25 days. From what I remember they are pretty strict about that too. Hope that helps.

The posted policy is 25 but I have refilled in the past at 23 without any problems at all.

if your bottle is from united it is 23 days
they are one of the small few that do allow the early refill
no question about it 23 days..

With United-RX you're able to refill 23 days *after* the last fill date. My most recent script was filled & shipped on Wed. 10/1, so I'll be able to order a refill on Fri. 10/24. To be sure though, don't hesitate to simply call and ask them when your refill is available. United's customer service is excellent. Unlike other pharmacies, they actually understand that phone calls come with the territory in the OP business and they're very much prepared to deal with them. You *always* get through to a real person (non of that "mail box full" stuff) and they'll give you your exact refill date. BTW, if day 23 falls on a Sunday, United will fill it a day early and ship it out for Monday delivery. There's an additional $10 charge, but sometimes it's worth it.

I've been with United for *ages*, and just last week tried to get my refill on the 24th day (to try to miss the extra $14 for Saturday shipping) and I was told that they'd have to "get an order from the DOCTOR" to fill them on that day so I could have normal overnight shipping on the Friday. Ticked me off. I filled out the form for the refills on Friday and it went through FINE - seems to me that it must depend on who answers the phone, because for me, it was basically scr_w you, wait another day and pay more for Saturday shipping, 25 days is the wait. For those of you who get it in 23, consider yourself LUCKY.
