I thought after I responded to an earlier post that the board might like to have the URL that lists the addresses and phone numbers of the medical boards for all 50 states. These people get results once a complaint is issued, for instance, regarding a MD who will not release a patient's medical records. Thanks for posting this. Makes you wonder what those doctors have to hide when they aren't compliant about releasing to the patient records which s/he has paid the doctor to compile and store.
Saw a scary episode of Opray 2 or 3 days ago. People who just trust their doctors, do not get second opinions have had body parts removed and suffer disfigurement because they thought their doctors were authority or "like God" as some said. Most everyone had not gotten their records or a second opinion
I saw the same Oprah show. It's real scary when people put trust in their doctors & the doctor can make one little mistake & it will affect the rest of the patient's life.

detailed complaint info requests per year. i think the site is affiliated with Ralph Nader. they do warn some states do not provide very many "details" in the reports the site offers.its interesting to see the number of Drs. listed on the site. i am aware of 2 Drs. listed there myself, but i didn't join to get the further details of what landed them on the list. happy trails, rich
