I tried to place an order three times with Destiny and all three times I recieved a message from their sight stating that my credit card company would not accept the information and to please call the CC company (or something to that affect). I tried this with three DIFFERENT CC's with the same results. I messaged Destiny and they said everything was working fine on their end and called my CC company and they said the same. Anybody have a similar problem with them or other OP's and CC companies? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In case the merchant who attempts to charge your credit card is in a different country, your card might decline because your bank might not allow charges from that particular country by default to protect the card holder (and themselves) from areas with a high risk for fraud.
I don't know where destiny have their merchant account, but only if this is the case, did you mention to your bank that the charge you want to authorize is an international charge and what country it will be coming from? And after you notified your bank of this, did you try to place the order again?
This is just a very common reason for cards to decline on international transactions. It is better if an online pharmacy has a US account to charge your card if they mainly have US customers for example. That way the card can be charged in US dollars, and there won't be slightly higher or lower amounts due to currency conversions/fluctuations.
I did mention that this company is from the Philipines and yes I did try again. Destiny has been taking CC orders from the u.s. for a long time. CC go through a company called Authoriznet.
