Hey all. Like all who have used MM, I think they are top notch. HOWEVER, it's been over two weeks and still waiting on order. This is VERY unusual for them. Anyone else have a prob recently with them?

I just got my first order from them today. Julie told me that it was sent on the 8th, and it arrived 11 days later. I was hoping for sooner, but I'm glad it got here

Same problem here, very interesting that is the same on this end. I have had Excellent! experiences with them over the past year or so, and I havent even gotten the usual email saying that MM has even accepted the order... I'm perplexed with this, hopefully its just a back-up situation. I hope.

From what I understand, Julie is on vacation and her assistant, Tanya, is trying to do the work of two people. Although I don't get order confirmation/shipping emails automatically, I do get responses within 24 hours if I email Tanya at Julie's email addy.

ordered 48 hours ago and recieved a billing and shipping notice about 36 hours after order.

well when I placed my order back in August,I didn't get responses to my e-mails from julie,which i thought was kind of odd.julie would reply promptly and it took about 4weeks to get my order-i thought it was quite strange.i have been reluctant to place another order b/c of this.plus,i order the wrong item and i took 1pill from the blister pack,so now i can't even return it or anything;i'm stuck with a product i have no use for or want-just b/c of lack of knowledge which cost me $52.i do like MM,but i'll take my chances elsewhere.i've only ordered 3 times,and i got all my packages.it just takes tooooo loooooooooooong. just my 2cents divided X 0=%

Hi,
Seems like most have had very good experiences with Masters. Could someone advise as to how discrete there packaging is ( I saw a post from a couple of months back where it seemed like Masters' had some kind of indication on the outside of the package - as to what was actually inside ). Also, why do they request your physician's name and address - do they contact them ? Finally, does anyone know what the 3 month supply limit on Tramadol HCL is ?

They dont attempt to hide anything. 90 day supply of non-controled meds on outside of parcel, as well as a info sheet for any customs inspector.

Welp, after my last order taking sooooo long, I just received an order today in exactly 8 days from order date. They were low on stock on a few things, per Julie.
MM is still my #1 OP out there, hands down.
