Problem receiving response from Destiny

After ordering from Destiny with great success for nearly a year, I've run into a problem. I placed an order with them on Tuesday, they confirmed receipt of the order shortly thereafter, but never sent an e-mail confirming the order was sent (which they have always done in the past).

I e-mailed them Thursday and Friday asking if the order had been sent, but have had no response yet. Is there a holiday or something going on in the Phillipines? The Tuesday e-mail confirming receipt of my order ended with, "Have a good weekend." Huh?

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem this week with either Edward or Joey sending you a personal response?

I made my first "test" order ( klonopin) with them and received a ship notice from joey on thrusday.............how long to you guess i'll wait?

All I can say is be patient. They must be bogged down with a lot of business. It took me 3 days before I received an email response from Joey which should have been acknowleged by Edward. Maybe Edward took a few days off or something.

They will eventually respond to your email. Try not to panic.

Thanks for your words of encouragement.

I should add one additional piece of information. I paid by credit card on Tuesday, but my credit card has not *actually* been charged yet; the funds have been "withdrawn" for my available balance, but the official authorization has not gone through yet, and this usually takes only one day.

Oh well, I'll be patient; maybe they are very busy.

With their August, Sepetember and then October Specials running back-to-back, this is, most likely, the reason. As for the charge not being officially authorized yet, the same has happened with me. I placed 2 sizable Sept. orders with them in which the first order was authorized but the second one has yet to be. I'm not worried about it. And I attribute the delay to the back-to-back monthly specials they've been having. Just take a deep breath in the meantime.

I just got an e-mail from Destiny that my order was sent Thursday.

I'm puzzled why the charge wasn't officially authorized, but, I'm sure it will be....quickly.
