Barry, I didn't get Watson's as you said they would send me. I got Mallies and I hate them! I have never had Mallies before, but I tried one yesterday and it upsent my stomach a great deal and was not half as effective as watsons are. Watson is the only brand of hydro I have had til now and they always worked great for me. I pm'd you to see if there is anything I can do about it. I know I can't send an opened bottle back to them, but could they send Watsons when they fill my refills?? thanks.

This is actually a question for Barry. I would really like to try your site, but I just read the minimum age is 25. I'm 24, but I'll be 25 in December...do I have to wait? I'd like to take advantage of you September special. Please let me know.

Despite our repeated requests to never receive Mallies, our distributor delivered a box of them regardless. We had to send out a few bottles of them to original scripts (first shipments) so that they wouldn't have to go w/out meds if they were out. I'm very sorry for having to have them sent out and will have a note in your order for watsons only.

I placed an order today and it was approved for a consult tomorrow from 9am-10am. Do I call the number that comes up when I track my info and it tells me to call the doctor? I obviously need to call from 9am-10am tomorrow. Datamark is the inhouse pharmacy..correct? If I have my consult by 9:30am would I get my meds the next day? Also, anybody have experience with ordering cough medications from them? Thanks for the help.

On my first order my meds came from St Peters Apoth. and I was wondering if I could get my refills through datamark or TDI? Or are there some scripts you don't carry in your in-house pharmacy? I had originally seen my script listed on your site but now I don't. My refill should be due soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I ordered yesterday 9/23 and after being approved and billed, I recieved no tracking number or email. I finnally found out from Barry that they are "out of meds" and hope my order will be filled today 9/24.Hoping for the best, Might want to see how this comes out...

I ordered yesterday and had my consult this morning. On the site it says my medicine was shipped and gives me a tracking number for UPS. The thing is, is give me a 19 digit one and UPS told me they only have 18 digit tracking number. We took out the laster digit and it didn't work and then she switched the last two digits and deleted that last one and said it was a next day air package that had not yet been scanned but could not tell me if that was mine. She thought it might be. Has this ever happened to anyone else before? My script was sent to TDI and so thats why it is a UPS tracking number. Any help would be appreciated.

Vendarn1, I'm sure you found the answer to your tracking # question. Did you have a 19 digit number plus your zip code on the end? My tracking number does at this minute and said the update would be posted at 11p.m.edst. The link took me to parcel solutions tracking and said the shipping label had been prepared and was transmitted to PSL for pickup. It should show the carrier and progression tonight. I would also like to thank Barry for his help. He made everything work out great on a request I made to him. I try to use CS at Datamark as often as I can when I'm having a problem they can handle. The wait on the phone is the bad part of doing it with CS. When all else fails, Barry handles problems very quick and fair. We are lucky to have him available as many op's avoid contact with it's customers!! Soc
