I spoke with the doctor today about a refill and I checked the site and have a tracking #.

Looks like they are caught up.

I ordered from untiyrx on 9-2-03 and they screwed up my order and did not ship next day. When you call them (the 800#), there is never a person on the line... just have too leave a msg. The next day they sent me an email that my order was delayed and it would ship that day. Offcoarse I never got a n email with a new tracking # and it did not ship that day. I emailed there cust support @ unityrx and got the following response:

We are sorry that you have not yet received your order and have contacted the pharmacy about it. We are waiting to hear back from them as they are looking into the situation. Please feel free to contact the pharmacy too, if you wish, at 281-583-2223




So I called the pharmacy which is based in Houston Texas:
Rx Express
17023 Nanes Dr
HOUSTON, TX 77090

They said my order was shipped to the wrong address and I have to wait till the person ships the order back via Fedex before they send it out. I called 2 days later and finally said they will ship out that day and they gave me a new UPS tracking # for next day air.

I recieved the medication I ordered the next day, but I was really mad when I saw an expiration date of Jan 2004. This is only 3 and half months from now! I wonder are they distributing old or about to be expired drugs to everyone?

Hi Polster ~

I just placed an order on 09.29.03 which was approved and I still have a pending for the UPS tracking number both yesterday and today. I have sent 2 e-mails and their voice mail is full. I tried to call the pharmacy number you have listed about and they informed me that they no longer handle unityrx prescriptions. Did you ever receive your order? If so, which pharmacy?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Here's an update on the situation.... I finally received an e-mail back from customer service and here's what it said:

"Currently, Unityrx is in the process of switching to a new pharmacy. Your order will not be shipped until Wednesday, October 8th. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you would like a full refund on your medication, shipping, and physician consultation or if you decide to wait until October 8th for your order to be shipped we will gladly refund your shipping charges."

Looks like I'll be going the refund route because this is lot longer to wait for their very expensive prices, shipping, and a consult fee on top of that! I can most certainly find something else in the meantime that will get here faster than this.

GREAT!!! I have been sitting with a tracking number for the past three days that has been invalid, Unity's voice mail is full and not excepting messages and they will not return my emails. Best if kept off the board.
