Hi,
Anyone know what Woody's refill policy is? 25 days, 25 days? Can't reach them by phone.

It's 26 days right now I believe.... they print the refill dates directly on the bottle now to indicate the first available refill date. You may and should call in a day early to make sure it goes out as soon as procedurally possible. Day 26 is not an obligation, though they almost always get everything out same-day. They have 72 hours by contract to get the prescription sent, which is still prior to 30 days elapsed. Woody rocks

Kind of a novice with this, but I just requested my first refill from Woody's today. My original script date was 9/3/03 and the bottle refill date was 9/30/03. After hearing that their policy had been changed to 26 days, I contacted them today (9/29) to see if they would send a day early. The reply was that they would do their best to try to get it out today (can't ask for more than that, I know how busy they are). I checked UPS site w/ the alternate tracking info, but I have a feeling mine didn't make it out today. Not that it's a huge deal...hopefully if I don't receive the package tomorrow I'll get it by Wednesday. Will update when it comes.

I did hear from Woody's today that my order went out yesterday, but I didn't get a tracking number and it's not showing up on the UPS reference number section. I hated to do it, but I sent them another email this afternoon asking for a tracking number. I'm wondering if it wasn't shipped for overnight or something. Dunce that I am, I didn't specify (i guess i just assumed they send everything overnight). anyone know what the default method of shipment is? since it's 2:00 now i've pretty much lost hope for today.

There is something that I do know about tracking a Woody order. First intial of last name and zip code under reference tracking on UPS website. That will get you your order info. You should be fine.

Thanks. Actually I did that (and about every other combination that's been mentioned on this and the VIP boards, extra 4 digits, caps, etc.). It's just not there. I'm not upset w/ Woody's, because by sending it out yesterday they went above and beyond the call of duty. I am a little worried about UPS though.

If you requested overnite, then hopefully it will come! I have been surprised happily upon delivery of my meds when I wasn't sure when they were coming. I don't know what their default shipping method would be, but I do know you need to specify how you want it to be shipped. And, it is possible for them to make an error same with UPS. I'm pulling for you.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure today isn't happening, though, and they have not replied to my email requesting tracking. Perhaps I overstepped the boundaries by emailing them twice in one day. I feel bad about that but I'm concerned since I have an email saying it was shipped yesterday. I did not, however, specify how to ship it (just assumed it would be sent the same way as last time). I will give it until tomorrow, I guess, before I start to panic.

Ok, HIGH praise for Woody's. I just got an email saying that they've been trying to call me (they couldn't get thru because they had my home number and the PC is hooked up to the line) to say that my credit card was declined (scary moment because i have a decent sized limit and do not use it often). So I called the number they gave me on the email and talked to an extremely nice lady. Turns out they were off by one number on the card. She processed it while I was on the phone with her and said it went thru fine and I'll have tracking info later tonight. Super-nice lady and great customer service, especially considering how busy they are!

If the refill date has 10/10 does that mean that you can call or email it in then or that it is due then and you can call before then? Thanks!!

Contact day before and they will send on 10/10 is the way I do it.
