Got an email that says shipped and this:
"NOTE: You will not be able to track your package until FedEx scans it into their system which generally takes 24-48hrs from the time this tracking number is generated." That's not been my experience previously. Anybody know what's going on. They screwed me out of my last refill, I reordered and it zipped thru to pending shipment yesterday and then shipped this morning. I bet I'm not getting it tomorrow!

If you received your tracking number just this morning, it will not show up on Fedex's website until they pick it up from the pharmacy, which could be anywhere from 5pm-9pm tonight. I would wait until this evening to try to track it again.

If you call their toll free number today (10/1) you get a message saying, "their having systems difficulties all day and cannot verify order status, etc.". They also promise to reply to all voice mail by end of day 10/2.
I'm scared now. I thought they had the bugs worked out with TDI and things were flowing again.
Anyone have any insight?
Anyone get any hydro from their new pharm, TDI this week?

I'm calling 888-328-7461 and getting nothing but the message that their systems are screwed up today.
Does anyone have their 305 direct number(s)? PLEASE

Hi-
Yes, people are receiving orders this week. I received one this morning. I don't have their 305 number, but I think it was posted in another thread about them. I don't know how to link the thread in this post, but check out the posts from the past few days, and I *think* the number is listed there.

I also got my hydro this week, on Monday. Although I ordered last Thursday AND paid for Saturday delivery. Better late then never though. Take care.

305-412-3250, 3251, 4174. I have spoken to Customer Service 3 times this week about my 9/15 order that has yet to arrive. I have sure learned my lessson about these minimal requirement OPs. I'm doing a chargeback tomorrow, and even though my Doctor retired this summer and it will probably be a prolonged ordeal to get my records, I'm just going to do whatever it takes to get them.

Well, my tracking number is working, looks like tomorrow is the day! Forgot to add, there was no consult, no phone call this time. I changed to the 10/500s this time instead of my usual 10/325. The little yellow Watsons left much to be desired.

So far so good. I placed an order in the afternoon and got a tracking # this morning that doesn't work yet, which I expect to work tonight. 
If my guess is right, they are now back on track working with TDI now for newly placed orders & re-orders after the 9/15 - 9/23 black days when Universal cut them (and us) off.
I'll keep you posted as to what I get from TDI and the qualify if anyone is interested. I hope to get it tomorrow, but maybe next week since I didn't want to pay extra for overnight.
