Does anyone know if these folks are REALLY closed for a family emergency? Or is it just getting really hot down in ALA?

Me also. I don't mean to downplay such an emergency, but does it take the whole business down? They also have vacation periods of a week off if you are lucky enough to hit one of those.

Well, it doesn't really matter, does it? I mean, I have my doubts it's a family emergency (this place closes down at least once every 2 months) but they're still closed, regardless of the reason. And people are going without their pain meds.
That's what disturbs me so much. They have no concern for people who are depending on them for meds that help them FUNCTION, for crying out loud. They just close. Too bad, all you people who are waiting on your scripts. We'll be back in a few days...
I wonder how many orders they have pending? Any place that cared at all about their customers would have gotten another pharmacist to fill in, if need be. You don't shut the whole thing down because one person has a family emergency (or whatever).
I guess I'm a little too sensitive about this subject...I requested a repeat consultation 10 days ago...and I still don't have my script. So, finding out they would be closed until Monday just really, really upset me. That means I have another week to wait, at least.
I've been a customer since they first opened as OnlinePhysicianService over 2 years ago. I don't deserve to be treated this way. No one does.

I have a very good friend who uses them, she is very ill and her sister passed away a few days ago. She sent me an e-mail today and was wondering why she wasn't getting any response from Cyberscriptsrx or their pharmacy. She really needed her medicine as her primary doctor won't give her the medication she really needs. Hopefully they will be back up and running, it's terrible that she's having to suffer this way. If you listen closely to the "closed" recording, it sounds like a lot of chaos is going on in the background. Don't know what to read into that. Chelle told me they will begin filling again on Monday, but I to put in for a renewal quite awhile ago. May need a backup until then.

Steve is in today and said he is forwarding new consults to Doc today. Pharmacist is out, but may be in tomorrow. He hoped all pending shipments would go out tomorrow, but no promises. Good news that there is a warm body there this morning, and he realizes the difficulty. Please do not swarm with calls, it will just slow things down.

I wanted to use them one time but could never get a straight answer. I think there customer service is terrible.
