Yes, and I think they got a list at some point of all patients that had ever done consultations/had prescriptions with Dr. Ibanez....... I got a call one time too, and have never used any of the TCC sites..... But I did have a consult with Ibanez like a year ago. On another board this issue was brought up, and from all the users' input, the final answer was that everyone had one thing in common that got a phone call 'Had been a patient of Dr Ibanez' Just tell them no and please don't solicit me on the phone again, if you don't wanna consult with them. That's what I did and they didn't call back. Now Kennedy Group - on the other hand - I have never used them but have friends online who have - they will call and call and call, if you do a consult and then don't come back for a 2nd - they will solicit you and no many how times you tell them 'no more phone calls' they will keep doing it. I have heard it can be very annoying and it makes me glad I have never used a Kennedy Group site........ T.C.C was much nicer about it, they called once then left me alone. Not that I will *never* use them, I just don't want to be solicited.

on the other hand, you can have a consult within 5 minutes
and wham bam, it's over. I don't even use a website anymore, I just call them when it's time, and I'm on the phone with a doc immediately. I can understand for those who need to be discreet that this could cause problems with a spouse, but I don't even have to use the net for this one except for refills. They will also write hydro and xan with 2 refills on 1 consult without any kind of harrassment, they basically ask you what mg you want and how many, I went 90 of each with a double refill. Something to consider!!! KO
PS, for the first time DR I's name was NOT the dr on the bottle the last time! I've been using this service in this fashion since the first of the year, all they need is legit medical records which I have and a faxed copy of your ID with consent to use your CC. Hope someone else takes advantage of this no- nonsense no waiting to call the doc approach, Later! KO

Dr. Ibanez is also charging patients for consults that never existed. They ask for you to fax over your credit card info for a consult and charge without even being prescribed medication. Either that or they charge for your consult and meds for refills but you only receive your original fill and no refills. Then you are screwed!

I used to use MWW about a year and a half ago and they finally stopped calling. It would come up Kennedy group on the caller ID and I would not answer or I would just tell them I am with another OP but I think they have people sitting around calling all day to try to book a consult.

YES! I just had them call me last week and I've been having a lot of trouble with my last OP and they called in the nick of time. It was like a blessing, no kidding. I had a consult in 8 minutes, got my meds two days later. Amazing. The consult was $115, the pharmacy Bi-Wise. N-10/325, 90, 2 refills. Worked for me.
