As the most reliable no-frills IOP I know of, they don't have time to send e-mails to each customer every time they go to the post office and register a letter. It's better not to bother them at all. I usually only inquire if it has been more than four weeks since my order.
If you really truly must know right now exactly when your meds went out right now you can inquire with the date of order and order number.
Oops, just realized you said you ordered a couple of days ago. Ummm, it's not even time to be asking yet. Go read the personal experience thread on P24.
