I ordered yesterday and had my consult this morning. On the site it says my medicine was shipped and gives me a tracking number for UPS. The thing is, is give me a 19 digit one and UPS told me they only have 18 digit tracking number. We took out the laster digit and it didn't work and then she switched the last two digits and deleted that last one and said it was a next day air package that had not yet been scanned but could not tell me if that was mine. She thought it might be. Has this ever happened to anyone else before? My script was sent to TDI and so thats why it is a UPS tracking number. Any help would be appreciated.

Try using a reference number which is your last name and your 5 digit zip code together. There are 2 ways to track, tracking # & reference # so be sure to use the reference part of the tracking and of course you will also put in your zip code again where it asks for it.

Thanks for the help Mr.B but I tried it and unfortunately there is no reference tracking for me either...I'm getting a little worried because I just found out this morning that my younger brother was killed in a car accident and have to leave by Friday at the latest to see my family and attend the service and such. I just hope it all works out tomorrow.

Trying putting the number in the parcel solutions box and that should give you the correct link.

Weel like the angel he is Barry came to the rescue and told me that they had entered 1 too many 6's and fixed it for me. It is in my town this morning and will be delivered today. This makes things much easier now that I will have my medication. Endless thanks to Barry.

Thank you for your kind words Legitimate, its just very weird right now, guess I am in bit of shock. All I can say is that it will be a little easier to carry through the next few weeks when I am not feeling ill and having to deal with physical problems. Thanks again to Barry and to everyone who cares.

hey Barry,
Been told to use you guys, I have tried but they wanted me to call and talk to cusromer service I dont have my medical records yet...I was on hold for a long time then had to hang up....any help from MB. I need him I called for a consult and a hydro fill so I wouls not run out on my B-day, its sunday and I'm starting to get scared..can I get ahold of barry please,.....Chevy had told me you guys are great and I wont have to have my stuff till the refill meaning medical forms....thanks anyone I need Batty...thanks

Sorry.... but WHAT? Are you asking Barry for help with a consult or with customer service or obtaining medical records?

I also do not understand what you are asking for either. If you need to get in touch with barry, try giving him a PM. There is also the phone number listed on the site, i had to wait 10-15 minutes one time and the others I only had to wait a few...So I hope that can help, you might want to rephrase your post and maybe use some punctuation just so you can get what you are asking for.
