It is tylenol 4 i believe. I used to go to mexico every so often and I picked up a few of them. At first I thought i was getting percodan.
Good for a headache.

I am pretty sure it's aspirin and dextropropoxyphene HCL, which is the shittiest salt of propox, Darvocet is the Napsylate salt and the only one that's really effective.
