I Didn't recieve my discount of 20% off my meds on my last consult. I followed the link. I have tried customer service to no advail.....Can you issue my card credit and make sure I get three refills.

You didn't receive a 20% discount on your previous order because you had consulted in the month of June, the 20% discount was for orders placed in August or in September. I will send you a PM with a status update.

October special is still in the works, but I can say aside from the special to keep an eye out for a 'Return Customer Incentive' for all orders which we will be running permanently.
