I have to admit that I was one of those people calling all the time. I also need to express my regrets for getting so impatient. I believe it when barry says they are handling things as best they can. This little episope does NOT lessen my faith in this OP.

GOOD NEWS!! On the website, my order activity has been updated to the current date & old (wrong) track# is gone & it says order is at the pharmacy again. Barry also PM'ed me & said my order would be here tomorrow.

I got the same information. I knew everything would get working right. I am just sorry that I was just a jerk about it.

Alright, I got my meds last night. I was not happy however, since another pharmacy filled my order and I only got 90 pills instead of the usual 100. Barry, If you read this I hope I can get the rest of my pills. 10 pills is like 3 more days of meds which makes a huge difference. I understand that other pharmacies had to take over during the problems they had but Meds123 customers should get the same amount of pills they normally get. This bothers me more than the late shipment. Also I usually get a factory sealed bottle of hydro and valium. In this case I got a regular pill bottle without childproof caps. I don't like the way my pills were packaged. I think TDI filled it. I don't know, it just looks like I got a lot less than I normally do. Rather disappointed this time around.

Couple of things...
First of all, patients are in reality, RX'd ninety count on the medication, so consider the extra's you got from datamark a mistake.
Second to the person who saw fex and ups in the same day, delete that post, and do what you think is right.
this OP deserves our complete respect. Barry is one of the few owners who understands the "urgent" nature of getting RX's out to customers, and why working tracking numbers are important. Everytime there have been problems he has recognized it, and done right by his customers.
Please people, use common sense when posting.

I just wanted to agree with the previous post. The message that shouldn't have been posted has already been deleted....thank you for doing that. We REALLY need to THINK before posting certain information here. This is a FREE board and that means anyone can read it. This OP is by far the best thing going and it is comments like the last 2 posts that will shut it down.
Due to laws by the pharmacy board, you are only allowed 90 pills for a 3 month period. Look on your bottle. It will say 90. Any extra that you may have received in the past should be considered an oversight and LUCK. I don't think it is necessary to post such things...rather, PM Barry or someone else and ask. Barry works his butt off to make us happy and in return, we should all use common sense and sensor some of the things we are posting.
Barry, thank you so much for everything you do for us. It is quite obvious that you care about your customers and will go that extra mile for us. You are one in a million.
Have a great one....

Just wanted to say - this actually is not true. There is no law by any pharmacy board which limits a prescription of hydro/apap to #90 per month. There are lots of other consultation OP's out there (including the one I am using now, YOD) - that can prescribe #120 per month - and there are still others (usually that require portamedic and such) that can prescribe even higher - like MadisonPainClinic (people receive prescriptions of #180, #270, etc. per month from this OP) Certain OP's may choose to set the limit they want to prescribe per month to #90, but this is most definitely not any law by any pharmacy board.

If you find any printed info on this then I will be more inclined to believe you, but I have read most of the prescribing laws for various states and for the country as a whole and have never seen anything like that. I am not even using this OP, but I like to read feedback on all of them just to know who is good and such, you never know when you will need that info! But - I just hate to see how many 'hypotheses' and hear-say/urban legend is posted around here, and posted as the *law* or the *truth* - It seems like people theorize that the law must be a certain way, based on their experience, and then they post this 'law' as fact. If you haven't seen this law in printed government literature, how can you be so sure it is the law? It just amazes me sometimes on this board, how much 'urban legend' is plain and simply stated as the law. I guarantee you will not be able to find any law on '# of prescribed" limits per month, anywhere. I don't even think there is such a law - that # would be up to the discretion of the doctor only.

Zeuz....you are absolutely right. AAAMWW/Meds123 has changed their policy so that they are only giving 90 for the month. I realize that that isn't the "law", but for most of us, during our last consultations, we were told they would only be giving out 90 and the PA that I spoke with said it was because of the pharmacy board. My point is that if you look on the sealed bottle...it will say 90.
Thanks for pointing that out though....

Namely, that the doctor doesn't want to be 'spanked' by the pharmacy board for prescribing too much. Nahh.. I can't say I blame him (them) - Doctors prescribing for OP's, I mean. I know where your original idea came from because I thought the same thing for a long time - that #90 was the 'magic number limit' - Mostly because most OP's set this as their upper limit with controlled meds. But I think that - although a doctor may be scrutinized harder for writing more than the basic '3 per day' since it is 'the norm' level, I don't think it's a hard-coded law. But I can't say I blame the doctors for being cautious with it. So many OP's do set #90 as their upper limit though - I dunno, I guess it is possible that it could be an individual 'state' law somewhere - maybe wherever the OP resides. Who knows. I know it is not a general rule though, since a few OP's, as well as of course local doctors, can prescribe far more pain meds than that per month.

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to respond to this thread & let everyone know that I finally got my meds today! Also, I want to fully agree to a former post that said "BARRY IS A CLASS ACT". This OP ,in my opinion, is by far one of the best there is. Through this time of disruption, there was some mud-slinging that in my opinion was totally uncalled for. No one could have predicted a flood & I think that Barry pulled off next to miracles getting everyone taken care of. The fact that he stayed in communication with us while he was helping clean up after the flood is proof that this man cares for his patients & honestly wants to keep us happy. I for one will be staying with this OP because of the way things were handled here. The meds were a little late but they did come finally & that's more than I can say for some of the frauds out there that just take your money & you never here from them. THANKS TO YOU BARRY & ALL THE STAFF THAT WORKS WITH YOU!!! Keep up the good work & I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who might need your services.
thanx, eek7

This probably does not apply to you but I will say anyway's. I have noticed when meds come from Datamark which is the only place I have ever had them come from, on the script part of the bottle it says #90 but on the packaged label side it says 100. When I count I have 100. Like I said, probably does not apply to your situation but might be intersestd to read for someone else who had noticed the same thing.

Mine came late also, but ya know what at least Barry was upfront and said they were having problems with the flooding, ect. at least he was honest, that is why I did not mind they were late,I mean I did,but I knew they were coming, not like the other places, they lie, lie.Barry was upfront from the beginning, and stuff does happen, you just have to be patient.I didn't like it either but I am not going to bad mouth a good op cause they were late, they were late yes,but honesty does count, that is why I didn't complain, thanks Barry

I had a lot of troubles with this OP before when I did have a consultation with them, but I recently spoke with Barry and he was so incredibly helpful and nice about what I went through, that when it's time for my next consultation, I believe I'll be going with them.
There is a LOT to say for customer service, and Meds123 is VERY lucky to have Barry working for them.

I have stuck with these guys and have never had to call customer service for any kind of complaints... Never had the honor of speaking with Barry, but way to go Barry if you are running the show at AAA & meds123.. Kudo's, accalades, and a little pinto bean.
