Hi was wondering has anyone been shorted pills from USpharmacy? And if so did they do anything about it. The last time I place an order with them I received 80 instead of the 90 I paid for. I tried e-mailing them and calling and leaving a message because they never answer the phone and they never got back in touch with me! It was a while back so I don't know if I should still try to notify them although if they checked their messages they would know I have been calling and calling.

why don' y you call the pharmacy that the meds came from directly, I will assume that it is Universal pharmacy. It wouldn't hurt and they will answer their phone...the phone # should be on the bottle, if not, pm me and I will get it for you. ANGLWINK

If it was a while back , i dont think they will do anything about it. If you caught it on the day you got your pills , you would have a better chance convincing them you were shorted. They will assume you are down to the end of the bottle and are trying to score some for free by making up a shortage ( not that you are making it up !!!) Just how the OPs work . always count your pills when you get them. I still would try to see if they will correct it anyway , never hurts to try! Good luck

If you asked me this question before hey changed pharmacies, I would have suggested you call both of them BUT now with this whole mess going on....I am not sure what these people would do about it. From what I can see, the have a huge mess on their hands this week trying to fill orders they have been taking for over a week now and not delivering. I KNOW that doesn't make your 10 pills any less important but I would hope they would prioritize a bit.
Yeah, 10 pills is ALOT to be missing! I would persue it everyday by making a phone call and if you don't get thru email. AGAIN, There is no reason why we should hold OP less accountable for their actions. If their answer is no, well that is wrong and you go somewhere else or take the chance again but at least you had a fair choice. This way, you have nothing~~Not even a reply!
Juts a simple email might make a huge difference???? Like I said and I think you are seeking~~~An answer would be nice!

I know we are very involved in our lives, me included but the next time this happens (God forbid) call or email everyday so you make yourself known! Even if you don't get an answer for 30 days, at least they knew you weren't letting it drop.
This is only MY opinion. I am sure lots will say forget it. I say make these people aware of their mistakes/their pharmacy mistakes and make them ACCOUNTABLE

I got #60 instead of #90. You could not have firt 90 in that bottle if you stood on it. Any way I made one phone call th Universal and had the missing 30 the next day. I did not bother to call and call .... USPrx. Universal had different color coded stickers on the bottle tops as soon as I told her mine was blue she said fine we will send the balance. The colors must match numbers. I did call within 10 minutes because maybe you could put 90 lomitil in that bottle but no way 90 norco!
