This is true , the refills are automatic but you will not get them unless the records are in BEFORE the refill due date. No exceptions with them ( i like them and think they do goood buisness that way )

You don't need to update any billing info unless anything has changed. Otherwise they will use what they have on file.

This is separate from records, just billing
