Ok after reading throught the boards there seems to be mixed info. Do you or do you not have to send anything to them? I do not have records.

I don't know that anybody has thus far. Pricey for their meds as well as now their new 'no refill' policy- be sure this is the route you want to go before making that choice, though.

I did not have to send my records for my order on the 18th. Hope that helps.

I placed an order I received the same email. When I check the order status it states shipped. I have no records. I need my doctor and I don't want to upset him by demanding records.
