To all waiting for your tracking #'s to be validated from fed-ex. First, DO NOT TRACK THROUGH USPRX WEBSITE (for some reason, that never works) also, My status at the TDIParmacy website has not updated my tracking #, so my suggestion is to go directly to FEDEX's website and paste the tracking # in their to track. When I track trough FEDEX, my delivery status say;s it was picked up & in transit. When I track from USPRX's site, it is telling me that there is an error with that airbill. So All, Please go and track via FEDEX's website. and good luck!..Please keep everyone posted on your shipping status. I hope this works for all waiting...Anglwink

No scan record for the following shipments has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service."
Mine was not shipped.
You must have been one of the FEW lucky ones yesterday. There is NO way more then a few went out yesterday....Look at all of us on here who don't have them coming. Probably take a week to get this straightened out because I swear it is starting to look like some got lost in the switch to TDI. When I called TDI he acted like he did not even have one for me. Who knows!

I placed my order on Monday the 15th late in the evening. I got a tracking # from USPharmRX late on Thursday and then Friday at like 6:00pm EST the tracking # finally worked. I too was told they would send Friday's orders via Saturday delivery. It's here in my city hub but won't be delivered until Monday.
I'm sure you guys will get your packs by Tuesday at the absolute latest.

Do you think Fedex will let me get my pack today? I called the 1-800 # and they said, "No, it's locked up" and they can't get it until Monday. Should I even waste my time going to Fedex today?

Same here re: Fedex number, and has been since Monday night. Have not called TDI (or attempted to)...I figure they are swamped as it is. I will just wait and see, and if nothing shows by the middle of next week I will initiate a credit card dispute.

I phoned Fed Ex here where my package awaits delivery on Monday, but i could not pick it up today (Sat) because sometimes (as in today) they do not have enough weekend workers to unpack the big containers. I ordered on Tue night and got approval first thing last Wed. I paid top dollar for overnight, but it guess it could have been worse: the package might have been lost in the storm.

I placed my re-order on 9/8 and it shipped 9/19!! now hows that for great service!! Anglwink

Sorry this reply wasn't earlier, but when you call the 800 # they ALWAYS say that, but I just go to the hub and give them the airbill # and tell them that I asked fed-ex to hold at the hub. I had to wait for about 20 minutes, but they found my package in the Mondays container. I did this last week. So if this ever happens (hopefully it won't) just do what I did...Anglwink
