Does anyone know why they switched to TDI? Did I miss a post about this or something? Did they not want to be using the same pharmacy as Buymeds?

No yawkaw, it was because of all the problems that they had with Universal Pharmacy. Apparently they were not only giving the customers bogus tracking #'s they were giving USPRX boogus info also.!

As per a conversation I had with USPRX, they are switching because of the poor service from Universal which obviously reflects on them. They wanted to wait until Monday to do the transfer but as of earlier this week Universal didn't ship out a single thing and USPRX was pissed to say the least! Being that they are in two different states all they have to go on was what Universal was telling them and frankly it wasn't true (most of it anyways)...
I know there are issues with all the OPs and I know there is frustration but if I may add my 2 cents (and this is my HO) I think USPRX is truly trying to get it together so they can provide a service that everyone is comfortable with using. As mentioned earlier, all the phone calls and complaints aren't helping. I think they are doing the best they can! I will get off my soapbox now but I really feel like that. TDI is the pharm and they did indeed open both Fedex and UPS to expedite the process because TDI got bombarded with orders. Everything will shake out in a day or so and I know it may be a bad weekend for some of us but I think in the long run USPRX may be one of the better ops out there. Again my personal opinion. I really hope this helps! If anyone needs to PM me with further assistance let me know and I will be more than happy to help out. I have spoken to them a few times and asked the right questions and I think I got the honest answers. They did a couple of things for me which is why I am kind of praising them I guess so give them a break...

Hi Train,
I agree with ya on this one. I know I'm "new" here, but it does seem to be a recurring theme that when an OP gets popular because of good reviews, they have trouble handling the overload for awhile. Throw in changing pharmacies, and I imagine it's a real mess...I know this post doesn't help anyone who is waiting on meds(I'm waiting too), but I am willing to be patient(although there is a limit to my patience, if ya know what I mean). This place has been good to me in the past, sooo...Anyway, that's just my 2 pennies worth, and I hope those that are hurting get relief soon.

Spoke with TDI. They only sent out about 20 orders yesterday. Mine was not one of them. So now my order that was due Wednesday will not be here until Monday.

Hey Gatorade,
when I checked the tracking info, mine said: tracking error,
airbill has scans not requested~ does anyone know what this means??
I requested and paid for $18 overnight. ordered on the 15th. I think maybe because of all the pharmacy mix-ups, they have it going out on Sat.??? That's the only thing I can figure...??

They created an airbill for your package but it hasn't gone out yet. I suggest that everyone STOP calling both the pharmacy and USPharm. Answering the phone every thirty seconds cannot be helping to get the prescriptions filled and shipped out today.

Yeah..
I would give the pharmacy some time to get orders out the door.
I am not going to be worried unless my track # isn't in the system yet, by tonight around 8. I think that once this transition is over, things will run much more smoothly -- most of the complaints seemed to be based around the old pharmacy anyway.

I went ahead and signed up with TDI's website, even though my order is in process. I just didn't fill out any order information. I thought if it doesn't show onthe uspharm wesbsite, it may show up there tonight. They do list tracking numbers, but nothing on me yet. Again from someone's prior post, the website is www.tdipharmacy.com

You know that is fine and dandy for you to sit there and say that but do you think we use this place because we DON'T need meds? Is there ANY reason why we shouldn't inquire about where our packages are that were PROMISED to be shipped 4 days ago? Is there any reason why we shouldn't hold these people accountable for their words/statements on their website?
For the prices they are charging and we all know 90 vics cost under 20.00, they can hire 20 more people to answer the phones. There is no reason why we shouldn't be able to get answers to past lies.
We aren't calling because the meds are a few hours late~~There is a HUGE difference when we are taklking 4+ days in some cases.
Some people only rely on ONE OP so when they don't follow thru for many days, it does create a HUGE problem.
The last thing I want to hear is stop calling! That is insane after what this place is doing to customers like myself. I don't care if there phone rings 1000X a day! They aren't the actual people in PA filling the scripts remember!

I do hope that you are expecting a refill on your chill pills twins. Clearly, you could use one at the moment. Now, do you have any useful info to offers those waiting or did you just come here to bust my chops?

You a retailers dream if you act like this all the time. I will pay you money and you can do whatever you want with it. You don't hold anyone accountable or only OP's?
Yes, I do have info to add but I have already PM the people who have shown interest in this situation.
Read, READ and READ some more. I have given plenty of info on this topic over the last 4 days. ((Unlike youself actually))
My point being, don't just sit back and tell people they don't have any business calling them. Most of us know when it comes a time to pursue matters, we aren't impatient 5 year olds waiting for a piece of gum or a duggie waiting to get high....Most of us are just wanting some relief so we have can a somewhat normal life with minimal pain. Go pick on someone else, someone that does call the same day as their consult who wants to know if their meds will be shipped.
I myself have waited TOO LONG, have been lied to many times even by the owner himself Carlos Lopez in Miami (yeah I tracked him down and was nice enough to post his personal number on the board for everyone), etc. Plus we aren't talking about 10 dollars here. Can't order from another OP because that would be double dipping and some of us are aware of that.
I don't need you busting my stones nor telling people to stop calling when it is none of your business.

TDI said we don't need to do that because WE don't owe them any money for the meds...USPHARMACY does.
They made me feel better because can you imagine how many people who didn't know about TDI's website and if that would of held up their order.
I did do the same thing as you before I heard we didn't need to. I figure well it can't hurt, right?

Well, here's another new twist on the situation. (I always seem to get the weird stories). I ordered from them last month and had phone consult, received script with one refill. I ordered refill on Monday and requested the free overnight shipping that they promised me because of their bigtime screwup last time. I received emails saying that since this is a refill, no physician approval is necessary and order would be shipped ASAP, etc. A phony Fedex number was issued, and my status said "shipped" as of Monday. On THURSDAY I finally get the chance to call CS, the guy (Ray) tells me about the big pharmacy change, lets me know that NOTHING has shipped all week, and then looks at my order status, which says "approved", but there is a doctor's comment that I "should receive this med through my PCP". He then tries to tell me that my order should never been approved AT ALL, even though the initial script came with a refill on it. I just took this comment as advice from the doctor, not as a disapproval. I explain to him that when I go to the doctor, and he issues a script with X number of refills, I don't NEED physician approval to get them, that has already been taken care of, and the pharmacy honors those refills, and that previous email from them indicated the same type of thing here. We argue the issue back and forth for several minutes. He finally tells me that since the order says approved and shipped, it will go out anyway. Said it was to go out yesterday, without question. Who wants to bet that they end up "disapproving" this refill and then still charge me for it, since the "consult" and med fee are one and the same? I'm sure if it comes to that I would easily win a credit card dispute, because it was a REFILL after all, but who wants to go through all this horse s***? These people are just outright liars, as far as I am concerned. The CS rep never even addressed my questions about the phony Fedex tracking number, or the "shipped" status on the webpage, when he told me point blank that NO orders had been shipped all week. What a crock this place is...I would put the big red AVOID sign up at this point. I will be truly amazed if I get this order at all.

I am tired and in pain, looks like mine will not get here until at least Tuesday. I am assuming they are not open tomorrow or I would call and give them my opinion on the matter.
