Which shipper do they use? On the website it states "all of our pharmacies ship UPS" but I've noticed that some people have referred to a Fedex tracking #. This only matters b/c I usually have orders shipped to the hub adress and go pick them up rather than to my home address. Thanks in advance to anyone in the know!

Also, has anyone had their meds delivered without their status changing from pending shipment? My Mom's has been that way since yesterday, then she got an email last night saying her order would ship today, but nothing has changed. Any help is appreciated.

The status did change to "Order shipped" then I got an email from them right away with the Fedex tracking number attached.

I ordered yesterday and paid for the priority overnight fed ex and first thing this am got aproved by one of our fine physicians but nothing in my order history yet? How long before I get a tracking and sent number

They use Fedex. Sometimes it takes a little while for the order status to be updated. A little patience isn't a bad thing folks.

Thanks for the info. After being approved, and going to pending shipment on the website, I got an email out of the blue saying order had been cancelled per doctors instructions. Only problem---I sent them a money order for 177. and I can't get anyone on the phone to find out how they'll refund the money! aghhhh...what a pain in the a$#...

FedEx but if they change to TDI like they said they were it will be UPS again.

Miscotten, why in the world would of that happened??? I don't think I have ever heard of that happening to anyone before. I would be VERY UPSET!
Seems odd that it says approved and then taking away? How could a dr change his mind like that and most importantly WHY??????/
Maybe someone else can shed some light on this for you!

My cousin told me they use FedEx but they are switching to TDI. I used to use TDI and they ONLY ship UPS. Evidently there is some issue with FedEx/UPS and her script is not going to be sent to TDI until tomorrow. She has been "pending" since Monday.

When I received my order the other day it was kind of strange because the envelope said UPS on it but Fed ex brought it to me. I know this sounds strange but it had a sticker on it from Fed ex although the envelope had UPS on it. I don't know.
But does anyone know how long you must wait for a refill from them I know it can vary from place to place. Also I was going to post on the referal section about how I was shorted 10 whole pills from USpharmacy!!! I have e-mailed them and called them and of course nonone answers. Has anyone ever had this happen and did they do anything to fix it. I seriously doubt they will, but they need to know that someway somehow I got shorted and I would not complain if it was a couple but it was 10. That really angers me with the price I had to pay!

I would complain even if I was shorted one pill because there may be someone working at the pharmacy skimming 1 pill off many peoples' orders. Also, over time being shorted 1 pill each time would really add up $$$-wise even for just 1 person.

My status still says pending shipment and I was approved early 9-16. I hope it comes tomorrow as it was supposed to be here today. Also, I address my packages to the local hub and this order was addressed to FedEx so I hope TDI doesn't use UPS or my shipment might get screwed up.

You will be lucky if it comes tomorrow. USPRX told my cousin they weren't even sending orders over to TDI until tomorrow.
Also, it is correct that TDI only uses UPS. The good thing about UPS, when you get the tracking number, call UPS that night and tell them to mark it for pickup at the hub. Go to the UPS hub first thing in the AM, but 7:30 at the latest. Even if the hub says that it doesn't open until 2:00. There are UPS Hubs that don't open for dropping off packages until 2:00 but will allow you to pick up first thing in the AM.
Also, if they take it to FedEx, FedEx will refuse it. I was in the same boat with that a couple of months ago when SWMG still used TDI. I did what I told you above and just picked my package up at the UPS hub at 7:30 in the AM. I had called FedEx and they told me they would refuse it, there had been a nationwide memo sent out just the week before addressing UPS delivering to the FedEx hub for someone.

Even if they are using TDI, I believe they are shipping FedEx because I recieved a FedEx tracking number this morning. We will see if it gets here tomorrow.

I think that TDI just got set up with a fedex account, which would explain the large number of track #'s that aren't in the system yet.
It's easy to get a big quantity of airbills and prepare orders.... getting the truck to come to the place every day is different.

ok everyone, check your fedex tracking #'s....mine is showing that it was picked up and is scheduled for delivery on Monday ! I was told yesterday by susie at USPRX that they would all be shipped for Saturday delivery, but I guess she was wrong. Although it is via Priority...Anglwink
