If you go to the Buymeds site they are not accepting any new patients. Also, they are requiring 6 month new records or making you use a portamed!!!!
Huge changes!
However, the ridiculous prices are the same.
Just wanted to let everyone know if anyone is still using them.

unless u have proper medical records ,do not use buymeds i was declined after 3 months of receiving meds from tropical,so i tryed buymeds in a pinch,orderd and 16 hours later my status never changed.i looked at my checking acount history,online banking and the money was back in my acount thankfully.so beware of the new changes.

Call me an idiot but I don't understand after reading that article why they are still in business. Never mind WHY , I suppose I know that answer but more like HOW? I guess I missed some points in the article??
Now don't you think we should just stay away from them for awhile?

unreal buymeds changed overnight to pharmacom marketplace,i called them at 9:00,it was busy untill 9:20.a live customer service rep verified all the info on my shipment and said she would forward the info.i asked if she could tell me any info on order status she dident have any info she could tell me.said they would e mail or callme back,no certan time or anything,yesterday they reversed the the 158.00 off the visa today win i check its been processed anyway.i dont know whats up but its not good so far.ill keep u updated...later

I just wanted to say that this must have just taken place all the new changes, because I placed an order on 9/15 and they were delivered on 9/16, no problems at all with the order. I got nervouse and tried to cancle the order after reading the posts and it shipped anyway....
I wonder why I never had a problem, maybe its because we are in the same state and the laws are different if you prescribe to a PT in the same state!

just wanted to say after i put in chargeback cc i got a call saying the meds were alredy in my town.i checked ups tracking # it worked ,i orderd 9-16 got meds 9-18 12:45.customer service said their computers were down so no tracking # could be given.all meds accounted for but it was one day late,i did pay for overnight shipping.i might also add i was told new florida pharmacy procedures were in place and that a questinare type form was not enuf ,new policies either have to have phone consult or portamed or med records faxed.its up to the doctors descreaton at time.just wanted to keep information up to date,buymeds/pharmacom is still in business and my meds were from speed scripts from my old home town miami..

STOP THE INSANITY!!!!!! I cannot believe they want records and port a medic and they have not lowered their prices. Too much trouble for those prices. They will not last that way too long ( unless they lower prices like other ops who require records) I suppose they may be taking too much of there own medication because they are out of their minds!!!

Couldn't agree more, Tans. Sounds exactly like prescriptionconsultation.com.
Why people order from these type of places with all of the available inexpensive OP's (requiring and not requiring med records) I'll never understand...
