YOD and medical records

Has anyone ever been able to mail their medical records to YOD? I asked about it in an email but never got a reply. I'm thinking that probably means they don't allow it, but thought I'd ask here just to make sure.

I would say give them a call and see what they say. I really don't know why they wouldn't allow this. Their phone number is on their website I believe. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help.
