ok i have a pain problem with my wrist i don't know if it's sprained or fractured or carpaltunnel or arthritis i just know it hurts alot and usually a few times a month for a week or two weird?? i don't have a doctor and don't want to go to a e.r. so i was wondering if anyone knows any good pain killers that won't show up on a drug test because i'm on probation any help would be great.

I too, am on Probation, but because I have chronic pain, I am allowed to show up positive for opiates as the doctor prescribes them. I don't have insurance either. I suggest, if you have a dr, that you call and let them know what is going on, that you don't have insurance, etc. My Dr. will actually see me for $30.00. IF I pay at the time of service. He prescibes hydro and thus my PO who would love to bust me, can't do a darn thing when I turn up positive. If you already have a doctor, and a good relationship with him or her, but simply can't afford it, call and leave a message for the dr to call you back, you may get a prescription right over the phone--if you're a member at Costco, have them call it in there, it's by far the cheapest, unbeleivably cheap.
I'm assuming from your post that you're on weekly or more often testing. If you're only getting tested once every few months, go through an OP and just stop taking the meds 4-7 days before your next appt/test.
Finally, I'm not sure if Ultram would show up on your test at all, as I don't take it, but I would put that question out there and check it out on the Internet to see what class of drug it is, it may provide some relief.
Finally, I have had to resort to some underhanded tactics myself once or twice to avoid getting caught for other substances. Some head shops do sells products that along with dilution (lots of water) and making sure you drink some milk (creatine) and take some multi vitamins right before the test has worked for me in a pinch, but I'll tell you, it wasn't worth the stress and worry I had to deal with.
Going through a legal dr. is really your best bet and may cost you a lot less than you think. Check out Erowid and see if Darvocet stays in your system for a shorter period of time. It is also my belief that PO's practice selective testing, although they NEVER admit to it. They collect hundreds of UAs a day and I think they randomly choose just a few to actually test to save on costs. Don't rely on this theory, but it's one I have considered for a while.
Good luck to you and PM me if you're on the left coast, East Bay--maybe my Dr would see you.
