Ok I have used US op's but have always been curious about Iop's. Can someone give me the run down. How much more of a chance of getting in trouble? How do they ship, is it through fedex where you have so sign for it like with US Op's? Any info would be appreciated.

Read, read, read. That's what I did before ordering from any IOP's. I picked a couple that were getting good feedback and placed small orders. Unless you're ordering, say, hundreds and hundreds of tabs of a controlled substance, you're not likely to get in "real trouble," although even relatively innocent orders get seized on occasion. So, you want to pick a IOP that has a low seizure rate and a high delivery/quality rate----read the International Pharmacy List and the Black List first, and then read the boards for a few days.
One thing we do here in order to protect IOPs is we do not post info. about delivery or packaging...for obvious reasons. We want to protect these businesses not bust them.
