With the closing of several fla RXs and now the 'law' in Fla that discontinued refills in the op market, should we be looking to buy meds that have RXs in another state? If so (Hey vets) what is the best site?

What are the 'several' pharmacies that you are speaking of? Could you name them please?
Also what is the 'law' you are speaking of? Could you reference it or provide a link please? Are you talking about the one ErX mentions in their email notice? Yeah right! Sounds like ErX trying to make more $$ as usual, to me.... There has been nothing in the news about any new laws in FL and ErX is the only Florida-based OP that has said anything about this. There are lots of other OP's and Pharmacies in FL - and I have seen feedback as recently as TODAY on other OP's in FL that are still offering refills.
If you are gathering all this info from that one ErX email - then that is a whole lot of speculating you are doing there. And, please, don't get your medical and legal information from ErX Spam Emails .... They will say or do anything to make a buck.
I think DR123 ia referring to the changes in ERX and BuyMeds. Seems like this new law or whatever in FL is going to eliminate the no record OPS for good. Well, at least the ones in that state.
So yes, are there ANY other OPS that operate in other states? There have to be some no record OPS somewhere. Or, companies like BuyMeds could conceivably re-locate to another state. Would this be possible?
Man, we need to figure out some new options, and we need them quick or some of us are going to be in pain forever. It's "panick-time," so let's all band together and find some new OPS...if they exist.
But I thought that article on BuyMeds pharmacy in Iowa being shut down, the article that was posted the other day, said that BuyMeds was actually located in the Virgin Islands? I thought that's what I read anyway. So maybe it isn't a FL law, but a general crack-down on OP's that aren't 'up to code' on their rules yet. I don't know, really...
