I was told yesterday by a CS rep that they have switched to a new pharmacy in Texas and are no longer using Pharmanet. Thought I'd pass it on.

I have tried all day to log on to my account to check my order status but no luck, it just goes to "page not available". Any one know anything about whats going on with them. I placed order 27th and I am supposed to receive the 29th. Will keep you guys posted.

I just recv'd this email from them and thought I would share it with you all. I sent them an email telling them the website was having problems and here was the response I recv'd below.
Yes, we do know that the website is down today. This is because we are in
the process of transfering pharmacies to better serve our clients. The site
should be back up tommorrow. We appreciate your patience and understanding
at this time.

Do you have any IDEA how many web sites were effected by the virus "Worm Blaster?"
Thats where I think the Majority of these problems on the sites are coming from, and it isnt over yet. Suppose to be really BAD on 9-9!!! Buymeds sent out emails saying they have been hit by the Worm, so you might want to think about it that way.
JMHO!!!

They used Pharmanet and filled my order in 36 hours. Now they'll change pharms and probably slip back to 7-10 days like eRX. And the worm will be the convenient excuse for the next month. Everybody better start triple-dipping just to cover themselves in this mess.

Well the web site is back up but my orders has not been processed here is the response via e-mail:
Our web site has been completely down today because we are in the process of transferring pharmacies. If you have placed your order within the last 2 days, it has not yet been filled and will be taken care of as soon as the transfer is completely made. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

I called this morning and the phone number had been changed, called it and just got a busy signal. Hope all of this turns out well. They have left me in a bind. Oh well won't be the first time.

Well I have tried e-mailing and calling their answering machine states that all orders not processed should have been processed yesterday. I have heard nothing. Anyone know anything.

I tried to refill an Rx yesterday and the refill process failed at the credit card payment stage. I'm holding off for a couple days to see if it shows up on my CC transactions, before trying again.

I got a tracking number today from Pharmanet go figure will let you know what happens.
