uspharmacyrx deliveries
      #100319 - 09/15/03 12:33 PM

This is a first time order for me. I got a "shipped" late Wed the 10th and then a tracking Fedex # on the 11th. I know there is a weekend involved here and I ordered using their standard no cost express shipping. Still no FedEx record of the tracking #. I know it can take up to 48 hours, but...... Any comments or words of wisdom?

Your right. They always have a record of my tracking numbers before I go to bed around 11p.m the same day. Make sure you typed it right at fedex.com. If its still not working email them and let them know.

Hi! My husband and I have ordered from them a couple of times and they always have record of my fed ex the same day. I always pay for some type of faster delivery so maybe that has something to do with it. I always receive everything on time. Hopefully everything will go well for you.

hey potatoboy, I did have the name written in wrong, I meant RX. Anway, I received very prompt emails from them saying 1) they received my order, another 2) it was approved and shipped and then 3) here is the tracking # for FedEx and you can click on their website to track it. It says the same thing, No Scan Found. I even tried it by going right into the Fed Ex site - same thing. I wrote uspharmacyrx an email earlier this evening and we shall see what is going on. It was posted on my credit card for sure! I ordered late evening Sept 10th. Thanks for all your responses.

I had this same problem with them twice. The tracking number never did work but I did receive my meds within 3 days.

Well Caseysmama I hope that is what happens to me cause today would be 3 days (Thurs, Fri and Monday and here today by 4:30 so Fed Ex said) . I called uspharmacyrx and she told me that she's had three calls just like mine. And she was looking into it. That's comforting, huh? I called Fed Ex and "yes the tracking # is a good one that it has not been brought to their system so either uspharmacyrx still has it sitting around or it could have been sent under another tracking #." When I find out what the story is, I'll let ya'll know for future reference in the event it happens to you

On Sept 11 I received this from them "Order #ORDXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX at USPharmacyRX.com has been Approved!
One of our fine physicians has approved your order! Your prescriptions purchased in this order will be shipped promptly. Thank you."

Later On Sept 11 I received "A tracking number has been created for Order #ORDXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Using this tracking number, you can login to your account at USPharmacyRX.com and track the progress of your shipment."

I have never been able to use the tracking in the 6 days since order. To their credit, I just received a phone call saying they must check with the pharmacy they used and cannot do that until tomorrow and she will call me back. She seems to be working on it. Has this happened to anyone else before? This Board is great to share experiences with each other. Regards.

uspharmacyrx refills [Re: booker]
      #100572 - 09/16/03 03:09 PM

Hello everyone. I recieved my original order from uspharmacyrx.com with no problems at all. Now, it has been 32 days since the date I recieved the medication and it still says "no refills available" on their websight when I log in. The prescription said take one every 8-12 hours, so shouldn't I be able to get a refill now? Should I call them or the pharmacy? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I was overdue for a refill from uspharmacyrx, and it hadn't shown up in my account. I just placed another order while being logged in, it had all my info already filled in, and it got filled without me having to talk to the PA.

If you did a search, I think you would find this is the way it always is with them. I think I have answered this same question before, in fact. Write in the "comments" section "this is a refill" on the second page of the questionnaire (I think it's the second page). Then check that you want to pay offline and call them (888.328.7416). This is supposed to to save you $15 if you can get through to them. I believe it also depends on the meds you are ordering. Pain meds, you should get two refills, but I think they are more stingy with benzo products. Beware, I am having trouble with an order from them right now. Just a heads-up. They have no idea what's been shipped and what hasn't. They say my order went but FedEx says NO WAY. So I'm just waiting and will be out of meds tomorrow.
