USPharmacyRX Refill Policy has changed
      #99692 - 09/12/03 09:37 AM

Hey Y'all,

What is the refill policy for USPharmacyRX? Friend's last script was 25 days ago and the site still says no refills available?

Thanks

You have to wait 30 days for a refill.

You can refill after 25 days.

My friend called their cust. service. A rep told him that you can refill after 25 days.
Although he said that they are no longer allowed to give out refills but he said that he would honor the refill discount? So he told him to place his order and when the payment option comes select "pay by phone."
So he placed an order, then called customer service.
He payed $152.00 for 90 Generic Norco's 10/325 w/overnight shipping included! Not bad.

I'll keep ya posted as long as he keeps me posted

Thaks to all the kind people that have been very nice, and helpful, & understanding. I did write alot of messages in hast, with out going over them, and I apologize. I have straightened out the shortage with USPHARM. I have wrote off BuyMeds. In fact I think I will just have to stick with my Dr. He is very tight with things, but after the nightmares with this process, and then me writing all improper, no one could understand me, which I'm very sorry about, I will just say good bye for now, and wish you all well. Take-Care and be nice to one another, this is a brutal world, and I'm glad that a lot of fine people helped me. Thanks For The Help One and All.

Okay, I'm confused. Is is 25 days or is it 30 days for refills? And has anyone had any luck today or even last Friday getting an answer from them either by email or by phone? Is the refill amount lower than the original payment?

Question No. 1, it's 25 days. Question no. 2, I just placed and order today and also spoke with them on the phone. I already have a FedEx tracking number. When I spoke with them last week, they said be sure to check something that says "pay offline" to get $15 off of refills. Of course, I forgot and by the time I remembered and got them on the phone they said it was too late, but to be sure and do it that way next time.

I think its 25 days if you call them , and its 30 days if you do it over the website.

Well, tracking number worthless and they cannot tell me whether my order went out or not...no idea whatsoever, but they think it probably DID NOT. I've always had flawless transactions with them. I guess it was just my turn. If they are not in my hands by Friday, I guess I will charge it back and write them off since they will probably blacklist me if I do.

Edited: Just spoke with them. Now they say pharmacy says it did go out, however FedEx tracking number is still worthless.
