UBBCode is a variation on the HTML tags. Basically, it allows you to add functionality or style to your message that would normally require HTML. You can use UBBCode even if HTML is not enabled for the forum you are using. You may want to use UBBCode as opposed to HTML, even if HTML is enabled for your forum, because there is less coding required and it is safer to use (incorrect coding syntax will not lead to as many problems).
The neat pictures is very simple, go to "My home" under personal information, click on "edit". You can either upload a pic here or place a URL to your pic. The easiest way if its a pic on the internet you want to use, go to that pic, right click on the pic, then go to properties, copy the url and write it down and copy it to URL to your picture on your "my home" info page...If you need more instructions, please PM me and I'll explain further...

I have never changed my picture to remember how to do it ( its been a long time ago since I messed with any of the functions here ) but I think all the answers are in the FAQ. Such as how to put up pic etc. Hope that helps some!!!
