Just went to the site and got a pop up message that they are not taking anymore new orders right now.Until they get the old ones fixed.I hope they don't close down. I can see that coming

I think this shows they are at least trying. Otherwise, they would just act like everything was OK and keep taking our money.

Yeah, I agree. They could easily slam the site down or keep taking orders. I think they're leveling with us.

I would think that they need to fill existing orders before they take new ones. 3 months and counting.

The funny thing is, when I was complaining about not receiving my reship....They said not to worry because other people were receiving theirs. Obviously even more people WERE NOT receiving if they had to shut down to take care of it. They didn't say anything about that. All I ask is a little honesty.
