I thought that their refill policy on 120 count of meds is that you can refill at 26 days since your last fill. My friend just called to refill and they said that she had to wait 27 days? I just checked on their website and this is what is states:
"Due to shipping time fluctuation, refills may now be shipped 4 days prior to your refill due date. The exception to this is: If you are picking up your refill in person at Woody's, your medication will be available 2 days prior to the due date. For all others: If you were given a 30 day supply, you may request your refill at 26 days, or, if you were given a 22 day supply you can request you refill on day 18."
They print the refill due date on the bottles now, they started a couple of months ago because my last 2 refills have had a 'refill due' date on them. Just call on that date, and you should have no problems. I just call the pharmacy or email on the day printed, and they always are able to fill on that date.
I always call and request on that date, but they also fill on that date. If the bottle says '10/1/03' then I call on 10/1 and they fill it that day, and since I get overnight shipping, I would actually receive the meds the day after the printed date. I would receive on 10/2. This is how I have always done it and have never had any trouble with it. That's weird. I dunno - just call and request it on that date and they should fill it the same day. Sounds like the conversation just got confused somehow.
SHE DID CALL TODAY! And on the bottle it says REFILL DATE - 9/15. She called a 2nd time and asked again and the person on the phone said that the refill after 27 days...not 26????
