Hey
I am just posting this so ya'll can keep an on the storm that is out in the atlantic. This is early yet and there should be no problems until the end of next week, if there is going to be problems with this storm. I just thought I would mention this as I know lots of pharmacies are located in central and southern Fl(so am I) There are a few others on here that live in the sunshine state. ANyway, just mentioning it as if it does affect Fl it might cause some problems with those that will have refills due at this time ect. So just keep it in the back of your mind and check the weather every now and again.

Chevy, good suggestion especially since several people just last week have had meds show up late because of flood damage to one of the popular OPs.
I was born and raised in S. Fla. and have been through many many hurricanes but have always tried NOT to get complacent. It seems we never really realize just how much we depend on our everyday needs (food, water, meds etc.) until we have to go without for awhile. Just a thought on my part....

thanks jordan
It is a ways off yet and may not hit Fl, but besides the flooding, if this were to come this way I know good and well there will be no power, unless they have back-up, or generators which will mean there will be no computers and it can take days to get power restored if it is bad. I just thought I would mention it so if anyone needed to be prepared prior to this. I have seen a few 'canes myself. I do believe if this one stays as large and as strong and decides to visit here, I am outa here. Anyone want some company!!!!

Weather Channel is reporting that it will head up toward the Carolinas. All you Carolinians, batten down the hatches, get your emergency supplies, and get ready to weather out the storm! Good luck guys.
