I wanted to share a customer service situation I had with them and I now use another OP because of it. I requested a refill, which they only give you 1 with the consultation, 2 days before time. I gave them a different credit card #. I received an email the next day at 2:21 pm stating that the card had to be verified, so I faxed what they wanted over to them. I then called at 5 pm and asked if everything was okay. I was told yes and the next day, no meds. I called to find out what the problem was and evidently, the request cut off at the pharmacy is 3:00pm and my request did not make it there in time. This may not seem like a big deal but I had experienced a very rough month pain-wise and was going to run out of meds. I would not have been so angry if I had requested the refill too late, however, I requested it 2 days ahead. I called and spoke to Chris who could not give out her last name for personal reasons???? She was rude and unhelpful. She argued with me. She didn't offer to help in any way. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved. She not only said there was nothing she could do for me but she wouldn't even if she could. I was absolutely stunned. I wrote the better business bureau and complained, siting other problems I have had with this OP. I am recommending all to aviod them. I used to be on the VIP board but really cannot afford to keep up my membership, however I know people read this board as well. Anyway, there are many OPs who are advertised on drugbuyers who treat customers with respect according to the favorable posts by other members. Choose wisely my friends.

Hi - I wonder if you could expand on what you mean by this...I don't understand what you mean by YOD giving only "1 with the consultation".

lovepink, you probably already noticed this, but I don't think they are talking about YOD. Your Friendly Doc must be a different (ruder) place.

YFD, your friendly doctor is not the same as youronlinedoctor.
Easy to confuse the similar names, but the OPs are very different.

Tater & LS - you're both absolutely right, I was thinking of YOD and not YFD...thats where I got confused because I KNOW YOD offers more than 1 refill. Sorry 'bout that.
